Just Beautiful. I would compare this to a Best Western Plus. Great location, clean area, clean room, cinder-block walls, nice TV, you can hear your neighbors when they are a little to loud, one of the most comfortable king size beds I have ever had in a hotel, nice heater, clean bathrooms, great parking with extra wide spots to avoid door dings, a wonderful staff, food is ok but pricey. Also love staying in the grand canyon camp grounds, but the yavapai lodge is truly a joy and well worth it. This was a great choice on this visit. You can also choose to have daily room service or keep your privacy and just ask for more towells, coffee, cups, etc. when you need them, or get them at the checkin desk. They are very accompadating. The only 1 negative is having to use an 3rd party online service to book the reservation.
