"The hotel had a great location and a perfect sunset. The water was cool in the am for a shower. Nice grab and go breakfast. Office staff was extremely helpful!"

"Be aware that they won’t tell you anything at the front desk about the parking fee. And you will get charge at the end of the stay $10 per day. The location and the place it’s great and the rooms are spacious, property clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly."

"Great value. It’s very clean, well laid out. Plenty of parking and privacy in a busy area. The rooms have nice touches like easy heat/cool and every kind of charging outlet. Convenient location to take shuttle or just walk to Zion. The breakfast is a voucher at an excellent restaurant. No catches, just a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend!"

"What a rad place to stay! The clubhouse is so nice and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The entire property is very well maintained and was a perfect spot for our family to stay for a couple days while hiking in Zion. Also the coffee was amazing!! Will absolutely be back!"

"This place is great, the staff is great, the amenities are great. As of October 2026, the whole complex appears to have been built sometime in the last two weeks, so it all has that new cabin smell. Showers and bathrooms are immaculate. Even the other people we met that were staying here were super friendly. But- $350/night is outrageous for what is essentially a bare-bones bunk-beds cabin with no plumbing. Even the pool and the hot tub cannot account for that. So personally, I am feeling a bit ripped off, and it has left a bad taste in my mouth. We could have (and should have) booked something 15 minutes further down the road and saved $400, and just drove an extra 15 minutes to Zion."

"Room decor was nice and modern. Rooms are quite simple, could do with a few amenities - a coffee machine would be good, as there isn’t one in the lobby or rooms. Can purchase at cafe in car park. Very good location for Springdale and exploring Zion - walkable around town and shuttle stop outside."
