“Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff.”

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“Great large room. Good in room amenities. Would have like a breakfast but knew in advance that was not part of the service. Parking on site. More than I wanted to pay but less than other hotels in the area”

“Everything was great, we loved our stay. Only consideration to share is that the beds are not very comfortable. So, if you have anyone with mobility issues or is very sensitive to super firm mattresses in your party, you may want to look elsewhere. Overall experience was very good though.”

“Loved the pool. Location is directly in the middle of all the bars/party area. With the doors closed, I could still hear the music but I didnt mind it, made me want to go outside and see the excitement of the city. Room was clean, sheets and towels fresh, breakfast in lobby was tasty (get the grits!) And my friend and I loved the pool! Enjoy the city!”
