“Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff.”

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“The staff was absolutely no help with most things, even luggage. They were also rude and treated me like an imposition, not a guest. The staff wouldn’t even allow delivery people to come to my room even though I am disabled. I had to go down to the front desk for everything I needed, nobody would actually come up to my room for any reason. The room was small and still pretty nice but the carpets have stains and the noise was so loud that sleep was impossible because the doors on the balcony……
