⭐ 1-Star Review – IP Casino Resort Spa
Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Housekeeping and Unacceptable Room Conditions!
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at IP Casino Resort Spa. For a room that was supposedly remodeled, I expected a much cleaner, more comfortable, and relaxing experience.
First, the room had a strong smoke smell, which is unacceptable for a remodeled room. I requested fresh towels on Friday, but I did not receive them until Saturday night. There is absolutely no reason a hotel guest should have to wait that long for something as simple as clean towels.
To make matters worse, there was some type of constant chirping noise coming from the windows throughout the day and night. The noise was extremely annoying and prevented me from getting the rest I needed.
When I pay for a hotel room, I expect cleanliness, proper housekeeping services, and a peaceful environment. Unfortunately, IP Casino failed to provide any of these basic expectations.
I paid for comfort and relaxation, not a smoke-filled room, delayed housekeeping, and constant noise.
Management needs to address these issues immediately. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and believe some form of compensation or refund is warranted for the inconvenience and lack of rest.
I expected much better from IP Casino Resort Spa!
