“We absolutely loved our stay at the Palmetto hotel. The location is walking distance from most popular tourist sites and exceptional restaurants. The staff was polite and helpful. We rented a car so that we could take a couple day trips while we were there and there is a valet conveniently located in the building. The breakfast was adequate and we had a little bite there every morning. If we ever return to Charleston, there is no question that we'd stay at this same hotel. I could not give……

“Excellent location just across from the city market, a short walk to the carriage tours and surrounded by numerous restaurants. You can easily walk around old Charleston from here including along the waterfront. Staff is fantastic; very accommodating and extremely friendly. Hotel itself is beautiful and the rooftop pool/bar/restaurant has great views of the city and the waterfront.”

“It was a lovely room in a great location. Centrally located. One of only 3 rooms in the building. It was comfortable and spacious!! We received numerous emails with information and instructions, all easy to follow. The parking garage was around the corner and easily accessible. And, after leaving, I realized I left a few articles of clothing in the closet which they quickly mailed out to me. An overall great experience!!!”
