Spacious, clean, quiet rooms with luxurious linens and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows.The bathroom was also tops with thick soft towels and the best smelling lotion and wash/soap but most importantly, the water pressure was amazing! Turndown service each night, with bottled water and fresh chocolate chip cookies, so yummy. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. “We have stayed at Emeline multiple times throughout the years. Our first few stays after the opening were wonderful, the last few ones have been hit or miss. We didn't have a big issue this time but have been disappointed by the quality of the service and the cleanliness, or lack of. We booked a suite for 3 people with one king bed and one sofa bed. The sofa bed didn't have any bedding or pillows so we asked the reception to send housekeeping. When we got back to the room, the sofa bed was open……

“Excellent location! Walkable to many sites including the City Market, carriage rides, and excellent dining options. We left our car in the hotel parking lot as everything was a short walk away. The staff is very helpful and the complimentary breakfast helped us get an early start to our day. Highly recommend!”

“The hotel is very nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were super hot though. It was cold out so I think the heat was on in the building. We turned our A/C to the lowest possible setting but still felt like we were baking. Overall a nice place. ”
