“We booked two carriage house rooms for a long weekend and it was amazing. Let's start with the location. White Point Garden is directly across the street. It is an easy walk to the Battery. About a mile to Pineapple Fountain, etc. There is plenty of street parking (permit provided on check in) so you could park and walk almost anywhere. Or catch the free Dash bus nearby. Rooms 1-3 were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast can be served in the small dining area or delivered to your room. The……

The only downside was that there was a layer of dust almost everywhere in the room and there were old used towels still hung up on the door from the prior guests which was pretty nasty. Also the walls are paper thin. We heard everything especially being on the first floor. The wine and cheese hour on the 4th floor was such a nice touch and we enjoyed the continental breakfast.”

“The hotel has a cool design and a great rooftop terrace. The location is excellent, very close to the water and within walking distance of the old town. However, many rooms have a musty smell, which significantly affects the overall experience. The breakfast is disappointing: just two small croissants, some jam, a banana, and an apple. There is no proper breakfast area, so you have to eat in your room. Overall, the location and design are great, but the room conditions and breakfast need major……
