“Wonderful space! Elizabeth is very attentive if you need anything, but gives guests their space. Many thoughtful details (soaps, towels, games, TV subscriptions, fresh eggs, coffee, drawing supplies, treats to feed the chickens and cat, etc...). There is a composting toilet (not a downside, just something to be aware of).The upstairs/bedroom is much bigger than I expected.I stayed by myself and felt safe - driveway is gated and the cabin is all the way to the back. “We stayed here to visit family, and it was perfect. We didn’t spend much time there as we were busy with activities, but it was a perfect place to refresh and get some much needed rest. The hosts were more than accommodating for all our needs and it had everything we needed! I would definitely stay there again. ”

“I had a great time at this property. The property was well maintained, and I had great communication with the owner. All questions and inquiries that I had was responded to in a timely manner. It did rain the first day that I arrived, but the sun did come out and we were able to enjoy the fenced in back yard. The house and property were great and when I come back to Baton Rouge, I will definitely look for this property.”

“This is a great location for Baton Rouge, within 5 miles of everything BR has to offer. I was there for a bowling tournament and was just a short dash to downtown. While I was there, I wanted to visit the LSU campus, and was within 5 miles of there. If you needed to make a quick trip to a Wal-mart, one just a mile down the road. “Great home in a nice quiet neighborhood. House smell amazing (wish I knew their trick)! Treat basket when you first walk in. Great cozy furniture, fully stocked kitchen. Coffee maker for Pods and one from grounds. Even a small air fryer which was wonderful and not usually found in rentals. Host checked in several times to make sure all was well and very quick in responding. I would definitely recommend and if I ever go back to the area I will stay again. ”

“We wanted a little get away close to home, where we could bring our grandkids so they could fish. We stayed for 4 nights and the kids were up and ready to fish off the dock every morning. We caught 6 catfish and a few brim which we cleaned and cooked for supper one night. “Bill and Anna were amazing hosts and we loved staying at this house! It was close to the LSU campus, but far enough out to not have to deal with a lot of traffic and noise when we got back at night. I’m sure we’ll be staying there again when we go up for games, etc! ”
