Fairly quiet. Comfy. Had everything I needed. Well lit in the parking lot, so that helped with feeling safe.

Theresa’s Lounge small but quant! Entry to the hotel is a major issue. You are required to park away from the lobby. The walk is 100 feet away from lobby. Then return to get a cart to bring luggage. Security guards carry weapons. Why? Is this hotel that unsafe! No coffee available until 7:00am No complimentary available. The pool area is nice but jacuzzi has been broken down for several days! No towels available! The daily rate is a 4 star hotel. OH! The spa was closed when we arrived! They open at 10 am to 2pm Check in is at 4pm 🤔 Beautiful hotel ✅ Staff friendly and attentive ✅ Rooms are comfortable and updated ✅ But, a 4 star hotel has a responsibility to provide their guests equal to their rating. 2.5 stars is truely the value of this hotel. Beautiful YES! Spa CLOSED Parking AKWARD Early birds needs NO!

Very nice stay. I felt safe getting off and back on at 99. Felt safe in my room, low noise and great shampoo and conditioner! I love their brand!!!

We stayed for one night as we had an event to attend. We drove down so arrived around 10 PM but had to wait for 10 min as nobody was at the front desk. There was a board at the front desk which said away for 3 min but I waited for 10 min. Breakfast hours are not well posted. We missed breakfast as we went down around 9:40 and it closed at 9 or 9:30. Our room was also far away from the breakfast area which didn’t help. The hotel has a long row style room arrangement and we got the room which was furthest from the front desk. The website and Expedia both do not give details of breakfast so asking the front desk is the best option. It seemed the shower faucet had some rusting inside as if you use it after a few hours gap, there is some red water which comes out for a few seconds before you get clear water. Shampoo was out but body wash and conditioner was available. We reported this to front desk before leaving. Parking was convenient. Rooms were clean and had individual room heaters. Internet connection and speed was good. The front desk gave use and throw toothbrushes as we had forgotten ours which was convenient.

Convenient for Quick Stay
A bit noisy early in the morning. Noise from staff speaking in the hallways and cleaning other rooms. Not ideal if you want to sleep in past 8am. Otherwise, hotel is fine for a quick trip. Front staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcome. Location is extremely convenient. Close to shops, restaurants, and freeway.

Easy to find and center around all the hotels. However, the room has a musky odor and doesn’t even have a tissue box.

Wonderful place and vist!
Such a wonderful stay! Maria (I believe that was her name) was super accommodating when I asked about my mom getting a first floor room (we were originally on a 2nd floor). She worked it out so we stay there the days we were there. The breakfast was great too. Overall, I would love to stay here again. I would definitely recommend this place.
