I checked in at 10pm after deriving 4 hours. It was 44 degrees outside and was put in a room with no heater. I called the receptionist a few times for assistance and at around midnight I was told all they can do was give us more blankets. The room was freezing cold and I requested another room. The only available room had 1 king bed so I slept on the sofa so my parents can sleep on the bed. This was a terrible experience and I don’t know if I can stay at a Holiday Inn again.

There is a lotmof commercial and road construction in the area, but wverything else was great. Clean, comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection.

Rooms by conference meeting rooms get too much noise early AM from tables and chairs banging against the wall. Given only 2 rooms before exit door, it would be better to have this space as offices and rooms can be away from noise

It was fine. Price was right, breakfast included, housekeeping staff was attentive overall good place to stay. Starbucks literally 60 feet away from hotel front door

One problem. Bathroom set up for handicapped. Unsatisfactory shower. Level too low. Water did not drain properly. Instead of draining to a central drain in the floor it just pooled. Half the floor remained very wet. A big slip hazard

There was hair in the bed. The surrounding area was filled with boxes making it difficult to find parking.

Super noisy right next to the trains! Our room wasn’t ready for almost 40 minutes after check in time and that’s with them having three people cleaning it and me bugging them. Didn’t feel super clean - there was chewed gum stuck to the night stand and things were broken. We got to breakfast with the last 2 minutes and while we were quickly grabbing our food the girl cleaned and put everything away. I get we were there at the end but she was rude and passive aggressive. Wouldn’t ever stay here again.

Room was fine, other than the beds. Mattresses could be replaced. And the bed frame on one of the beds had a broken leg which was supported be 2 pieces of wood, seems like a trashy way to fix something in a hotel.

If going to the Venue at Apcal Rocking Ranch in Madera this is the place to stay. Just a 2.5 mile drive. Hotel offers shuttle drop off or its easy to Uber. Room was great; Coffee pot, fridge and a microwave in the King room we stayed in. Bonus; Starbucks is next to the Hotel!

Staff was friendly and property very clean. Starbucks is right outside front door and close to eateries. Room temperature was really hard to regulate and window unit worked intermittently. Would stay again if in the area.
