Frisco Skiing
Enjoyed our month long Winter vacation in Frisco. This property is accurately described. Communication with management team and owner are superior. All small issues that arose were handled professionally and quickly via text communication with the management team. Hassle free Ease of keyless entry works perfectly. Home layout is fantastic. Everything was in working order. We especially enjoyed the private hot tub on the back patio. Our only consideration for change would be the master bed. The king bed sagged on the sides with a hump between. Our overall stay was wonderful and we would recommend this property and location. The location to downtown Frisco, grocery shopping, the Frisco transit station and dining out allowed us to leave the car parked most days. Extremely convenient. Fun time!

Great location / perfect for families
My wife and 3 children stayed for 8 nights over Christmas and had a wonderful time. The space worked out great for the 5 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed and the views are amazing from the deck. It is also is in a great Frisco location, close to shopping and an easy drive to 5 or 6 ski locations. We will be back in 2024!

Great condo in a central location
The place is wonderful, well laid out and plenty of space. The hot tub was a perfect end to each full day of skiing! The only minor negative was the pillow selection. Thankfully, WalMart was only a block away and we bought some new ones…..otherwise a great stay.

Can’t imagine staying anywhere else!
We spent two weeks at Kerry’s property and I would have been happy to stay forever. Her place was by far the most well-equipped rental we’ve ever stayed in. She had a verything we could have needed, it was well thought out and even all the drawers and cabinets were labeled so it was easy To find whatever we needed. The location could not have been better. Since we had our dog with us, we took long walks on the trails every day and the condo is close enough to walk to the strip mall with a grocery store, to Main St will all the cute shops and restaurants, to Lake Dillon to walk along the path, and many more. Every day, we would just take the short walk aorund the pond around the corner and it was perfect. It was also great to be there and watch the seasons change. I can’t wait to return!

Perfect Location
Online photos and descriptions were accurate. Communication with owner and property management was timely and specific. Upon entering the townhome we immediately felt at home. We found it spacious, orderly and comfortable with tasteful, rustic decor. Proximity to Frisco Main Street, recreational path, parks, restaurants and shopping is 3-10 minutes. Gem of a property
This little oasis was a wonderful retreat for my family and I during our stay in Frisco. It was so beautiful and clean, with gorgeous windows in the living room. The hot tub was well maintained and everything was so nicely stocked. You can tel the owners take great care of the property. An added bonus was the Hulu subscription which my husband and I enjoyed after the hot tub in the evenings. All in all a beautiful place to stay and one of the best experiences I have had on VRBO.

This was a great property with an ideal location in Frisco. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the main highway and bike trails. It was nice for 2 couples with plenty of shared space, but also separation of bedrooms for privacy. We enjoyed the deck with the hot tub and beautiful backyard.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We take bi-annual trips with friends from all across the country and it was so great being able to enjoy the slopes then come back and enjoy evenings in the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Fall family vacation
The house easily handled our family vacation of 5 adults and 1 child. The location was just about perfect. You could walk to Fresco in 10-15 min or bike downtown in 5. The bike trail was 200 yards from the house and the adventure park was about 15 min by bike trail. The hot tub was a nightly event for us and it was professionally maintained on a frequent basis. The yard was just enough for us to have yard games outside nightly. A short walk to 2 grocery stores. There was no A/C that I could find but it cooled down nicely in the evenings for perfect sleeping weather in Sept. We will be back again.

Good base for day-hikes
Clean, good location, comfortable. Only issue was the poor state of the cookware (some unsafe to use,) but there are enough good restaurants nearby that this was minor. Walked over to Walmart (5 min) to get a decent coffeemaker as the one in the condo was apparently never cleaned. Don't mean to dwell on the only negative as there were far more positives. Laundry machines worked well, nice back porch, overall good facility. Location almost right on bike path and proximity to great trails were the biggest positives.

We had a great time visiting Frisco. The house was perfect for our needs. We felt right at home! Loved sitting on the back deck after a day of hiking. Location is perfect. Close to the walking/ biking path, restaurants and shopping. We would be happy to stay at this house again.

Perfect Frisco Getaway
The condo was centrally located, near grocery stores, restaurants and bike trails. Condo was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Hot tub was clean and well maintained and was perfect after a long bike ride. Will stay here again.

We enjoyed the place. Great floor plan and layout. I would say the cleaning company needs to do a better job of cleaning the wood floors. I didn’t find them to be clean walking around in bare feet or socks shortly after we arrived. Otherwise great place and location!

GREAT LOCATION for Family Ski Trip and LOVED the private Hot Tub
Kerry was great at communicating and promptly answered any questions we had. She also had a new grill brush shipped to us during our stay since it was missing on the inspection report from previous renters. The place was clean and very comfortable for 6 adults. Each room also had a humidifier available which was very nice since we aren't used to the dry air and altitude. We skied 6 days and the location was perfect for day trips to Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper and Vail! They also had basic household items stocked such as paper towel, toilet paper, coffee filters, soap, trash bags and more. Basically everything you needed this place had. We will definatelly stay here again if we come back to ski CO! Don't hesitate to book this great condo with Private Hot tub that comfortably seats 6-8 adults. Thanks again for a great stay. I give 5 stars across the board.

Great town home! Great location!
This town home is located in a great location and close to all the EPIC mountains we wanted to ski! For a dog friendly unit, I was so pleased to see NO DOG HAIR! The unit was clean, spacious, and stocked with items we needed throughout the week. Even in a world of COVID, the owner had plenty of hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, masks, and even Kleenex! We were even able to do remote work and school since the WIFI worked well. The town home is located close to multiple grocery stores and Wal-Mart. The owner is very responsive to any questions and it made our stay even better! My family would stay again at this rental!

A nice property " across the board"
The whole experience went very well. The condo was well kept and attractive. The layout of the condo was comfortable and convenient. The hot tub worked well and was close to the backdoor. The location of the condo was fairly close to the historic downtown, as well as to interstate access. The condo was located half a block from a nice bike pathway that travelled into a meadow. All in all it was a very nice place for a family get-away!

Some friends and pups stayed here for a little getaway. Wonderful home with beautiful Mountain Views. Freshly ground coffee in the morning was a nice touch and who could complain about the hot tub? Definitely will stay again.

While our staff does clean well between guests by washing bedding, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting, we do have very thorough deep cleans in both the spring and fall (October/November) and (April/May). During these cleans, our staff washes everything that can be washed, empties and cleans out all cabinets and cleans everything in them, takes apart light fixtures to clean them, and takes apart and moves all furniture and appliances to clean, and we have professional carpet cleaning. The property is cleaned from top to bottom. We look forward to having the property spotless for the upcoming ski season. The summer of 2020 has been a very busy summer and the spring cleaning may have lost a little luster by September.

The property was the perfect size for 6 adults, great location to walk into town and easily connect to the local bike paths, and the hot tub was a huge perk! A few negatives... The house was overall very clean except for the kitchen items. The dishwasher doesn't appear to be working properly, so we had to rewash everything before and after using them. There was also only one paper towel roll and 2 dishwashing tablets in the house, so we had to purchase our own. The master bathroom shower is clogged so the water fills up quickly when using it. There was a hot tub maintenance service that arrived at 7:30 AM one morning during our stay without any notice from the property management company, which of course woke everyone up in the house and also was a bit concerning that random people were on the deck. They also could see right into the bedrooms while they were entering/leaving the property, which was super uncomfortable, especially while we were all in bed. We really would have appreciated a heads up that they were scheduled and that they didn't come that early in the morning while we were on vacation. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our mini family vacation in Frisco! The backyard is well maintained and the back deck is very relaxing.

I always feel terrible when any guest is this dissatisfied. If you do have any issues during your stay, such as a clogged drain, or a problem operating the dishwasher or the bedroom blinds, these issues can only be resolved if you contact property management about them. Since management was not contacted, this review was a bit of a surprise. When these issues are not reported and are in fact legitimate, they will likely be present for the next guest if not reported to management or to the owner. The owner does not see the review until three weeks after the guests stays, so no corrective action can be taken for problems that remain unknown. We appreciate problems being reported immediately. Given the current COVID climate, we understand that guests may not want anyone coming into the house to make repairs, but please help us out by reporting issues so that at the very least, those issues can be corrected after your stay.

Beautiful home!
Beautiful home in a great location! About an hour away from Denver and Glenwood springs. Has all the cooking utensils you will need including grilling utensils. One room had 2 queen beds with with very FIRM beds I personally can sleep anywhere especially after a long day but others my prefer to stay in the other 2 rooms. Over all it was an exceptional stay!

2nd time to rent this house. Loved it even more than last time! Beds were comfortable. Nice deck with table and chairs and a great grill. Everything you could think of in the kitchen. Block was quiet but close to the stores and Hwy 70. Will definitely stay here again.

2nd Stay Here - Loved it as much as the first time
My wife, daughter, and two small dogs stayed here in July 2020 to escape the heat and humidity at home. We had stayed here in 2017 and loved it then - no change to our review this time. The house is clean, well maintained, and in an amazing location (walking distance to a park/pond, groceries, restaurants, bike trails, etc.). Nothing but great things to say about this house and working with Kerry. Already looking to potentially come back a third time this Fall if things work out! This is an easy pick to make if you are considering a trip to the Frisco/Breck/Copper/Keystone/Vail area!

Wonderful place in optimal location
Our family enjoyed a fantastic week here. The home itself is a townhome adjacent to another. With the exception of saying hi in the driveway a couple times, we didn't hear or see our immediate neighbors so it felt very private. The back deck is incredible with perfect places aspens to offer shade pretty much all day and privacy when using the hot tub. The deck also overlooks a common space full of wild flowers, aspens and a host of visiting birds. The home was spotless, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was also great to be pet-friendly to allow our dog to join us and there was a baby gate blocking the back deck so that we did not have to bring one with us to keep our pup contained. This property is just off I-70 and Route 9 but you would never know it. You are steps away from stores and restaurants, but, even better, to Meadow Creek Park with a fishing pond, playground and babbling brook with 360 views of mountains - amazing. We road bikes to Main Street and the marina and the Adventure Park for our kids. This home is adjacent to two bike paths (and more paths that intersect) to get you wherever you want to go, car-free. Kerry as the home owner was wonderful - incredibly responsive and great. My only concern was the property management company - my calls were received by a message-taker and I never received call backs on multiple occasions. My check-in information from them was confusing and conflicting as it included information that was clearly not for this property. That was a bit disappointing. But Kerry and her home were awesome - I definitely recommend and hope we can return soon!

Great location for skiing, shopping and was well-stocked.
This was an ideal location for our family of 5 adults, allowing us to ski 6 days at Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail and Beaver Creek while there. Having the hot tub right on site was wonderful after a full ski day. This has to be the most well-stocked property we have ever stayed at! We were so comfortable here. When we want to ski Colorado again, we will surely look to see if this property is available again!

Easy access yet quiet little street
Close to everything yet you sit in the hot tub and it feels so secluded. Lots of snow yet the driveway was cleared first thing each morning. The place is spacious and the kitchen has everything you need and more. Worked perfectly for our two week stay and our pup felt at home.

Second Stay
We enjoyed our second stay and exploring Frisco in late summer. The reservation was easy and the place was as I remembered - good. Our only concern Is that the trash pickup folks entered the condo at 6am on Friday morning. They woke us up and kind of alarmed us. The condo has an informational binder in which it is suggested that trash pickup will occur using the garage. There is no mention of another person entering the condo while you sleep. Had that not freaked us out, I’d still be a little put off — the opening/closing of the garage is pretty darn loud when you are on a getaway and trying to get some rest.

Glad you enjoyed our house for the most part! To all future guests, this is a single family property and not a condo with centralized trash. We hire a private trash company to remove the trash from the garage. We have found that "guest-managed" trash pick-up is ineffective and therefore we have no other option besides having an actual person enter the garage and remove the trash. Currently this occurs Friday mornings, typically between 7AM and 11AM. In Frisco, trash must remain in the garage as residential trash cans become bear bait if left outside. If this will bother you, we recommend that you rent in a condo complex. These complexes typically offer dumpsters where you can take the trash.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants as well as the Frisco Marina and the downtown area. The little park nearby is perfect for walking dogs. Everything you need to make your vacation complete is provided.

This is the second year we have stayed in this townhome. It is fantastic. The layout is very warm and inviting. We are a group of 2 singles and one couple with a dog and everyone is comfortable. Everything you need to cook your own meals is provided in the kitchen. The hot tub and views were enjoyed by all.

An amazing host and fantastic property, great location
Thank you Kerry and Brandy for offering such a great home for our vacation. Our two dogs loved playing in the snow and curling up by the fireplace. The layout is great, master on the top floor, living room and kitchen on the first floor with the half bath and the other two bedrooms and bath on the bottom floor. The kitchen has every device you could want, the entryway/mud room and garage are perfect for storing all your ski gear, jackets, boots, etc. The location is perfect, you can even walk to the store if you like, the shopping center is pretty much right at the end of the street. Close to great places to eat and centrally located to ski at Vail, Copper, Breck, Keystone, Loveland or our favorite mountain, A Basin. We will definitely book again when we come back to ski! It's so close to Dillon and Silverthorne for more shopping and restaurants, and our fur babies had fun at doggie day care at the Dog Chalet in Dillon on days we were on the mountain. We've been using VRBO for 10+ years and this is at the top of our list of favorite properties!
