Perfect home base for mountain biking and hiking.
Three generations family gathering at this home as well as nearby Sunshine home. Favorite neighborhood of Fruita do to walkability to town and canal path.

We will be back!!!
We loved our stay here! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The yard was fantastic and well maintained with great amenities! It ended up being a better location than we expected, we thought we wanted to stay in Palisade but realized this was a much better location in the midst of our activities. We were so close to horseback riding, rafting and the Colorado national monument. We loved visiting Grand Junction for a little shopping and lots of good restaurants. We did spend a few days in the Palisades visiting the wineries and picking peaches etc., also an easy drive! We hope to be back this is one of our favorite VRBO homes they did not miss a thing and were willing to go the extra mile to make us happy!

Loved the property. Very clean, quiet neighborhood and perfect location. Easy to communicate with owners. 6 star if I could on being pet friendly (we didn’t take our dog) they had the cutest notes and treats for your furbabies. Would Definitely stay again if the opportunity was to arise.

Best vacation ever
The location of the house was perfect. Close to down town but far enough for a quite night. The house was perfect for my family of four. Very spacious but close together to have family fun. I would recommend this location to any one who wants a perfect vacation home.

Just what we were looking for.
This place was perfect. We had four adults and three children sleep comfortably in this house. We were extremely happy that our dogs were allowed to tag along for our vacation. We greatly appreciated the fully fenced in backyard. The beds were super comfy and the neighborhood was very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Very Nice home, but all bedrooms are upstairs
It is a very nice home, but unless I missed it, no where does it state that ALL three bedrooms are upstairs, it shows the one bedroom across from the top of stairs, but the rest all don't show a staircase. the problem was my 89 year old dad had a little bit of problem going up and down stairs, my sister as well with bad knees. the beds could be updated, and the dog door would have been perfect, if there wasn't such along drop going through it to patio.

Great spot
This is the second time I’ve stayed at a spot in Fruita with Kristy and Mike and it was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. They had everything there we needed to cook a big dinner and even save the leftovers. I’ll definitely stay there again the next time I’m in Fruita.

Every step of the way was as easy as could be. The house was amazing. Property manager was just a phone call away and was very responsive to our needs. This is the second time we have stayed in the house and we hope to stay again next year when we return to Fruita. We had an amazing vacation

This was a great house. Just what we needed when getting away. Kitchen had everything we could have wanted. Checking in was seamless. Great fenced in backyard. There were nearby paths to walk our dog. Easy drive to the wineries. Would highly recommend this house.

Perfect vacation rental
The house was just the right size for our family of four, very clean and just minutes from downtown Fruita. The visit Fruita team are very professional; we arrived to find a nice welcome basket, and a booklet with lots of great local information from mountain bike trail details to restaurant recommendations. We couldn't have asked for more; it was perfect!

Amazing spot!
We have stayed here a couple times now and have more than enjoyed both visits! This beautiful property has everything you need for your stay! We really enjoy the backyard and patio which allows for kids and dogs to run around and burn off some energy! We have no complaints about this property!

An amazing family-friendly base
From top to bottom this property is an amazing base of operations for vacationing in the area. The spacious kitchen and covered outdoor grill means room for everyone and any type of cooking. The location is perfect for bikers or hikers who want to experience the wonders of the area. The tall fence makes the pet-friendly property a true pet-friendly location. We would be thrilled to stay here for each of our western slope vacation trips!

Perfect for a family reunion
We rented two properties dubbing this the get together house. Every evening we would get together for dinner and time with family. During the day we were out mountain biking. There was ample room in the living room, dining room, kitchen, back patio, and yard. We even set up a volleyball net in the yard. The BBQ set up was super. Every evening we cooked out and fed the entire family. The garage and parking area we ample enough to host 3 cars/pickups and lots of mountain bikes. I highly recommend the property for a family reunion.

We loved staying at your warm and beautiful house during Christmas week! It was perfect for us, our daughter, 2 grandkids and their dog, Brindl! It was also just a short drive to visit with my sister and brother and their families who live in Grand Junction! Having the house decorated inside and out for Christmas was a wonderful added touch! We even brought our own stockings and tree ornaments to make it even more special! Thank you for providing us with a home away from home!

Really well equipped, clean, comfortable space to recover from 18 Road mountain bike experience. The dog yard is great, and the set up with the 2 car garage is very efficient and helpful. Linens are soft and comfy and every room is spacious and inviting
