Superb Location

3 Generation Birthdays celebration
We loved this property, it ticked all the boxes for our family of 13 from 80 to 11 years old. Perfect location, everything on the doorstep we needed from great bars, restaurants and shops to the beach, cafes and water park. Loved it and definitely plan to return. Thank you Gilda!

A GREAT HOLIDAY
We all enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation was huge so we were not on top of each other. The games room was well used especially by the children and the pool was the biggest we have seen for a private villa, this was really well used as the weather was really warm all week. Two televisions was a good idea not everyone wants to watch the same thing . All in all we had a great week. We had a problem with the steps and the showers were inaccecible for my husband who was in a wheelchair but that was all, we booked ages ago and thought he would be walking by now. Thanks to Claire, Madeleine and Gilda for the friendly help.

PERFECT TRIP
The overall standard of cleanliness and presentation was first rate. The communication between the local managing personnel was speedy and reliable and they responded to all our queries positively. The pool was kept in tip top condition throughout and the location and availability of beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars was ideally close by, within minutes walking. For us it was the perfect accommodation. We had a wonderful holiday and have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Fantastic pool
11 adults, loads of space, with great pool. Very convenient, easy walk from train station, 5 mins to beach, bars and restaurants. No need for car. Games room with table tennis, pool table and football game was well used. Only reason didn’t get full 5 stars is that in the place was a bit tired in places. Great place for a big group of people, everything you need. Ideally could do with a second kettle and toaster but that’s all.

Wonderful place for a family get together
Exactly what we needed for a family holiday. Plenty of space around the property and a lovely big pool which was a huge hit , especially with the children. Very close to everything we needed, just as it says in the Ad details . The train station is so close, very handy for getting around and it’s very cheap , clean and relatively quiet. Although the trains run past the house they didn’t disturb us. I would definitely recommend La Rotunda for big family holidays.

Wonderful Villa
Wonderful villa, had everything you could want from plenty of sunbeds to pool towels for everyone. There were 13 adults in our group and we all had plenty of room if we wanted to be all together or spend some alone time. Highly recommend this villa and the management service, all problem free. Would definitely revisit.Highly recommend the Santorini restaurant on the front and make use of the wonderful train just behind the villa.

Simply brilliant
We arrived back from a fantastic break of 8 golf guys yesterday and had already looked into booking again for next year, unfortunately it has already been booked. Location is perfect, near to bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Games room gave us lots of entertainment in the evenings and the swimming pool is amazing, great size and really warm. Everyone had their own room so everyone was happy. Kitchen has everything you could need, great to have two fridges and a freezer. It even had Sky Sports tv so we got to see the last few games of the season. Claire and Madeleine from the agents were great and very helpful and Gilda the owner was really helpful before we arrived. Cannot recommend this villa enough, we had a brilliant time, shame about our golf!!!! Restaurant wise, definitely give Tanit a try on the front about 500 yards along. Wonderful villa, very private, great location, everything you could possibly need on holiday. Thanks you.

A wonderful 2 weeks in April
A big thank you for a wonderful venue for our family holiday, to the owners and staff. We only met Claire who was helpful and kept administration to a minimum and the gardener who equally was no bother. In all we were 8 adults and a 4 year old, holidaying for two weeks in April 2019. I suspect we were very fortunate that we booked before the Pool was heated but visited after. Let me slightly qualify what follows by saying we had a wonderful time and any negative comments below would not put us off revisiting and could largely be categorised as nitpicking. While the Villa could accommodate more, the eight plus one of us utilised all of the Double Rooms. The space is outstanding there are two enormous living areas, one with TV; large sofa and dining area next to the upstairs kitchen, the other downstairs with another large TV, sofas and the games facilities (Table Tennis; Pool and Table Football). The Villa is maintained to a high standard and none of the multitude of equipment (games, TVs, washers x 2, drier, Fridge / Freezers (4 large in total) and all the expected kitchen equipment) performed without fail. The pool turned out to be the highlight, only slightly tempered by the weather but I will excuse the owners any blame there. :-) We were a mixed bunch in terms of expectation, some happy to stay close while some travelled quite extensively both using local transport and hiring a car for a number of days. Destinations included Seville; Nerja; Malaga; Ronda; Marbella; Puerto Banus and of course Fuengirola, but that is not an exhaustive list. Public Transport is so good and economical, we benefitted frequently from the every 20 minute (both way) Train service between Fuengirola and Malaga at €1.80 single, that we didn’t once use the similar frequency of the even cheaper Bus service. Both the Railway Station & Bus Stop are less than five minutes away. We had mixed experience with local Taxis, Uber being significantly cheaper than other local firms. I am restricted by digits so cannot give my full review but in summary the collective response to four questions I posed to my family... Question 1 - Villa Facilities = 8.5 the pool getting many positive comments Question 2 - Comfort & Cleanliness = 7.5 suggestion that some furniture could be renewed Question 3 - Location = 9.0 only slight negative does not reflect on the Villa. Question 4 - Return = 5 x Yes 3 x No (no's are no reflection on the Villa) Thanks again to Gilda & Claire.

Location, location,location.
And facilities to match. With the addition of the heated pool even this year's chilly weather was not enough to spoil our week, a very good idea indeed. Amazing Villa - wonderful family holiday
Spent a lovely Christmas with our family in this spectacular villa. Had everything you could possibly want and more. The kids loved the games room. Location was superb, train station practically on the doorstep and the beach, shops, bars and restaurants less than a few minutes away! We have had a lovely time and will hopefully return one day.

A Superb Villa in an Excellent Location
Villa La Rotonda has everything a large group could ever need. The villa is in superb condition with quality furnishings and linens. With 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. and 2 very large lounges there was space for everyone. The pool is large and the play area in the lower lounge was enjoyed by everyone in our party especially the table tennis and pool tables. The location could not be better; a 30 minute walk along the promenade to the centre of Fuengirola and 5 minutes walking to the beach and to Torreblanca station for trains to Malaga. We visited for a week from 20 October 2018 to celebrate my 70th Birthday with my daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren and due to this villa it was my best birthday ever. I fully recommend this villa and would not hesitate to return. Many thanks to Gilda, Madeleine, Claire and team for looking after our every need. Charles

Fabulous property.
Had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. There was nothing that we wanted for. We were there to celebrate a couple of 50'th birthdays using the excuse to watch the World Cup. The villa was lovely and clean with plenty of space and facilities. Table Ennis, bar football and a pool table to keep the boys happy.mplenty of space in the kitchen and a total of 4 fridges for beer (and a little food) plus a large freezer. The bedrooms were just as described with very comfy beds and very effective air conditioning. The location is brilliant, 3 mins from the very efficient railway that runs every 20, mins €1.80 single to Malaga airport or Fuengirola, why get a taxi ?? Also only. 5 minute walk to the beach and a fully stocked supermarket. I really can't fault this villa and am planning to book it again for Euro 2020. Thanks Gilda and team. Colin & friends.

Lovely property with everything you could possibly need for home from home comfort
This property is a fantastic size. 11 in our party. Room for everyone without getting under one another's feet. Great location. 5 min walk to beach with no big hills. 3 mins from train station. UK tv for the big football games (sorry girls) good size pool and fantastic bbq area. Pool table . Table tennis table and table football all good fun too. Had a great week but it went too fast. Good comms from owner/ property managers. Everything went smoothly. Thanks for a great week

We had an amazing time. 14 in the group ages from 18months to 60, something for everyone.
Property was great, everything we needed. Plenty of space inside and out. Close to beach and shops and restaurants. Train station a couple of minutes walk away, 15 minutes on train to toremolinos, and 40 minutes to Malaga. Something for everyone. Would definetly recommend to others.

Huge pool, convenient short walk for shops, beach and train. Great outdoor BBQ
Plenty space for a group of 12, the downstairs floor gave the teenagers a space of their own. The pool table, table tennis and table football were in great condition and well used by all. The veranda overlooks the pool so it was easy to keep an eye on the younger kids when they were swimming. Wifi was excellent and fast in the main living space but not good in some of the bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen, large freezer and lots of fridges including one outside in the fabulous BBQ area. We were there in pomegranate and orange season and got to pick the fruit from the trees. It was still warm and sunny mid October with temperatures up to 26 deg C. Would recommend.
