"The property and location are great; everything is around you. And the drive to the Rockport beach, the main reason for the stay, is wonderful. Although the listing does say washer and dryer, there is none. And the left side of the house (looking from front) is not fenced, so one must be aware if they have untrained dogs. Other than that, the house is charming with plenty of space for a small family, the neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We would stay here again."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is a lovely home, tastefully furnished and very well stocked. The location is good and it is very handy for fishing or just enjoying the view. A big plus for us is that the back yard is now fenced, so our dog enjoyed his visit, too. "

"This property was amazing! We had 7 kids and 6 adults! The property was perfect big and spacious and we loved the pool, oh and that ping pong table we had so much fun playing that! Now the kids want one! The rooms had comfy beds and bathrooms were all perfect."
