“This Inn is our favorite place to stay while in the area. The location is close to so many restaurants, some shopping and fun rentals. It is low key and laid back for a nice getaway. My only hiccup is the bed feels too firm but that's on me. Next time, I'd bring my own pillows.”

“Property is an easy drive to restaurants, grocery, quirky little downtown, bars, Rockport’s great beach. Property has definitely seen better days but cottages are very spacious…two rooms. Ice machine not working. No extra toilet paper rolls in bathroom. There is a pool though I never saw it being used. Owner very friendly. Right by the water. This is a low budget motel at a low rate. Keep your expectations with that in mind and it will work for you.”

“There are lots of ants at the grass area . I means a lot of them they are building a lot of home. And there are lots noise at night specially sleeping time people still in the pool and playing out loud around 3-4 am. ”

“The pillows were super flimsy and too soft, bed harder than wanted, but close proximity to the beaches and local attractions and restaurants. Clean rooms and showers. Excellent staff 👏. Just wish you had a hot tub. Otherwise the pool is very nice just wish it stayed open later.”

“The room did not have any extra toilet paper.. literally less than half a roll !😂The pillows were flat paint chipping off the walls. This is a no smoking facility and clearly the people next-door were smoking. Yes I know this is a motel 6 but I’ve stayed in plenty of motel sixes in this by far is the most terrible one there was also trash all over the parking lot.. even the crappy one in the medical center of San Antonio wasn’t this crappy Do better 😊”

“Nice place very close to Rockport Beach. You can easily walk to the beach. It was also very quiet. Just two things of note. WiFi is pretty slow and it doesn’t have beach gear so be sure to bring your own towels, umbrellas etc. other than that great stay.”

“We rented this room because it was advertised with a spa bath which is a Jacuzzi. It indeed has a Jacuzzi but did not work. I called the office and was rudely told it doesn’t work and never worked and that is clear on the app. Expedia does not disclose this spa bath is inoperable. Also, the toilet seat was broken. No bodywash in the dispenser. Had to wash with shampoo. This is advertised as the honeymoon room. Lord forbid anyone who rents this for a honeymoon. We wish to be compensated for the……

“No the kitchen wasn't equipped with utensils or cooking where but I would understand that so be prepared to bring your own at least you have a kitchen that's a plus and yes there's shops nearby very nice”

“It's an inexpensive motel that you get what you pay for. All i needed was a place to sleep, and this fit the bill. The shower water pressure wasn't very good, their towels didn't look clean, and when i told the owner the toilet clogged, he simply handed me a plunger. Average stay for an Average place. ”
