Terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, café 1 km, railway station 4 km, pebble beach 28 km, indoor swimming pool 18 km, concrete beach 28 km. Ice rink 17.5 km. Nearby attractions: cave Vrelo 6.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: jezero Bajer 3.5 km.
3-room chalet 110 m2 on 3 levels. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room 25 m2 with cable TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace.
