About this space
Beautiful lake home situated on the rowing venue of Lake Lanier. All new bedding, newly updated bathrooms and all new kitchen appliances will make you feel right at home! Peaceful, screened in back porch overlooks the large lake lot and private boat dock.
The space
Our lake lot is unique in size and it offers a private boat dock and private boat ramp directly into Lake Lanier.
Relax on the shady, screened in back porch or hang out in the sunshine on the top level of the private dock. Wonderful home for lake fun and relaxing!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home as well as the private back porch and private dock.
Other things to note
We have several life jackets available for use, as well as lake toys and floats, two single kayaks and plenty of beach towels.

Nice retreat
Check in was good. Interior of property was great, anything you need for a stay was provided. Although if you plan on doing alot in a fry pan, you might want to bring a large one with you. Only negative was the outside area. Screened porch area ,that we hoped to enjoy, was dirty with cobwebs etc. Needed a good cleaning. No lights operable to boat enclosure down path to lake. Kayaks were unusable, needed pressure washing. I'd like to know if the boat that hasn't been registered since 2020 and needs some TLC is for sale? Coincidence that thats the date the property was licensed as a B&B ? Would be interesting to hear the history of this property. Summing it up. House was great. Exterior amenities need some help.
