“It's a great place ! The beach is just across the road with plenty of public parking. The Rookery has two pools that stay open until 10:30. We will be back next year !!”

“Our 2nd time to Pelican’s Perch and we love the house, the great fishing spots, and the location. Very clean, communication with Nicki is great and response time is quick. Beware though of alligators in the water.”

“This tiny home was perfect for just my dog and I having a quick, last minute get away to the beach! The nature trail was so pleasant to walk down. The home provided everything we needed, and I even found some rosemary growing on the property that I was able to cook with! Folks were staying in the big house on the property and they were super nice. I was a little nervous about that, but the tiny home is very private with thick curtains. I didn't hear any noice either. “House is very charming and secluded on the water. We were able to get away and relax. We appreciated staying here.”

“Beautiful Condo!”

“Great cottage. Lots of room for big group. Private pool was a hit.”

“Wonderful property and plenty of room for us all. Only had two issues: We did not have access to the club amenities and the primary bathroom tub would not run hot water. Overall this was a great vacation!”

“It was perfect! Created the atmosphere of a beach getaway that our midwestern hearts were desiring! The modern, cool colors, clean home, and just a few minutes walk to the beach met our expectations for this trip. We fit all 7 of us in this home with plenty of space to spread out as needed. The host was very commutative as well. We had all kitchen supplies needed to cook a few meals in the house as well. Such a cute community! Definitely will come again!”

“The house and property was very clean and comfortable. My family never ran out of things to do between the Pool and The game room The kids stayed busy the whole time I would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing and fun getaway”

“Great location with fully equipped kitchen. Made the best fish tacos with the red snapper we caught on our deep sea fishing trip. Walking distance to a nice restaurant, grocery store and coffee shop. We will be staying here again.”

“Great house and location! Everything was as it said.”

“Our stay at Key Lime Cottage was absolutely delightful! This property delivered everything as listed and more. The cottage was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed for a 6 day stay. The kitchen was very well equipped with a large variety of appliances and cookware as well as ample dining ware, The beds were super comfy including the pull-out couch. The proximity to the pool was awesome as it's literally right out the front door! Beach access was amazing - it's private and just...
