The Beds were comfortable, the rooms are clean, but the hallway was a little noisy. Overall good places to stay and very convenient. I would stay again

A bit run down. Had tiny little flies in our room. Could see evidence of them being smashed against the wall from other guest before us. A bit run down. Reeked of Mary Jane.

Room cleaning was not finished when we were sent to the room. Had to ask for pillowcases. Bed was noisy. Every time we moved it made a terrible noise. Tub was very dirty in the bottom. Floor had not been mopped. Our socks were filthy.

We have stayed here 5 or 6 times in the past few months, we stay there when my sister has to go to doctor appointments in Knoxville. It is very convenient and we prefer staying before appointments and we are only 20 minutes from the Doctors office. Super nice staff and it is always clean.

I love the friendly stafffs and the room is very pretty and clean. The shower is nice . The price is very cheap. We will stay at this hotel again next time.

The property is in a great location surrounded by a lot of options for shopping and dining. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. On Expedia it mentioned check in being at 4 but we were able to check in earlier. For the price this is a really great place to stay if you are staying one or two nights.

I liked that it was easy to park close to food and shopping walking really i didn’t like the room itself the bathtub was dirty and the beds hadn’t been clean out socks were very first after walking in the room

The property had black mold growing in the bathroom. Staff was extremely rude when we brought it to their attention. I would not recommend for anyone.

Everything about this stay was great the hotel was clean and the rooms were clean as well! Very prompt as well! Only complaint is the mattresses they were not very comfortable but to have only been in the room for sleep it sufficed. Would stay again!

Property was nice and clean. Good location. Bed was hard. Our shower had a leak where you pull to turn on shower and the water sprayed to ceiling we had to put rag over it. Told staff Saturday morning. It was not fixed when we checked out Sunday. We would stay here again.

The lady at check in was super nice. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean yet cold when I walked in. Didn’t take long to heat it up so won’t count that against them. Would definitely stay here.
