Nicest Holiday Inn express I’ve ever stayed in. Well done with everything Noise from the street “Parkway” can be load at times. But that’s not the hotels fault. The roadway was quiet during the nighttime I’d absorbed recommend

Wonderful hotel. The only downside was the shower was dirty and had hair left. The manager assured me this would not happen again. I would stay here again.

We were in town for a cheer competition in Seiverville. The hotel was in a great location to get to the Convention center quickly. Room was set up really neat with the separation between the two beds. This allowed for the girls to be able to get ready without being in anyone's way. Everything was very clean and beautiful. Parking was convenient especially since our room was on the second floor and the back parking lot was level with the rooms. Breakfast was great each morning. We will definitely be staying here again for future competitions.

The room had 2 queen beds. The beds were separated by the shower. It actually blocks the sound somewhat between the 2 tv’s. The room had a Keurig, but there was good coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby so it did not get used. Staff very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great! Beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. Hotel was convenient to all attractions yet away from it all and quiet.

Although I didnt get to use it they have patio areas on the rooms. Also there is a door in the 2nd bedroom that led outdoors. We were on the ground floor and it didnt bother us but may be a negative for others. I love the double room set up which allows privacy and not having to share a TV. The only issue is there was no door to shut for 2nd bedroom. The hotel was very clean and has the best water pressure I've ever experienced in a hotel! Friendly and professional staffing. Breakfast was delicious with options.

The rooms with 2 queen beds are separated by the bathroom. It’s like 2 separate rooms. Each room has a tv. Breakfast was really good.

Excellent property in a great location. The Dickson between the two beds, with two separate televisions provided privacy. Staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and enough to get us through the day without stopping to eat until dinner.

Front desk clerks were great. The breakfast was pk. Ran out of items the last hour. There were sone kids running in hallway very early which woke up the peopke slerping in bed closest to our room door.

Pleased but frustrated
Holiday Inn went above and beyond to give us the room we reserved. Hotels.com screwed up reservation. We reserved an accessible room with balcony and view. We got neither. Hotels.com reserved room for us but they don’t bother relaying the info to the actual hotel. After some frustration being on hold with hotels.com forever without ever talking to anyone, The lady at front desk understood and finally moved us to room we reserved. Thank you Holiday Inn! No “Thank You” to you hotels.com
