“It was a great stay, there was three problems. 1. Our air condition was broken we told them in the morning they didn’t come to fix it, we came back and had to tell them again but it was fixed right away once we told them again. 2. Staff could have had better handle on the guest, kids were running wild (parents didn’t care) these adults we ran into drinking the lobby were rude, and seemed like an odd place to let someone sit around getting drunk 3. We were charged and not told why and couldn’t……

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”
