Although it said that there is parking available, it wasn t available at the property, only at a few meters away and it was mandatory to leave the car keys. If you don t have parking available at your property it would've been a great heads up because i wouldn t have booked it. Also they over booked and for my colleague to not have to search for another accomodation i agreed we share the room, although no discount was offered only the option that he leaves.

Breakfast was wonderful, especially for 4.5 Euros. Room was suitable for budget hotel, quite clean and nice windows. Could have used some water glasses. Was quiet two out of three nights, but one night couple next door started screaming fight at one am and kept up loud talking until three am. Walls were thin. Was incredibly annoying.

All in, we appreciated our stay at this hotel. The staff were accommodating and eager to help. However, it was difficult to find. A map on the hotel's website detailing how to get there by car would be helpful.

Location is great, short walk from the train station. Dining and shopping options all around the hotel. The hotel building is old, the hallways and elevator are very cramped. Building has scaffolding all around.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent for the price. Room was clean, lift / elevator is small but only 1 flight up to main reception and we used the stairs without a problem. Close to the train station and a short walk to the waterfront and shopping areas, including restaurants.

Perfect location ! 5 minute from the train station but in the heart of old town. So many restraunt options right outside. Staff was great and let me ship a package to reception. The room was great with a balcony, AC and a TV you could cast to. The room was cleaned very well with the bed sheets being changed and fresh towels. About a 20 minute walk yo the closest beach. Perfect stay and would stay again in a heartbeat !

Perfect stay just 5min away from metro!
Had a wonderful 3 days in this lovely hotel! Lovely neighborhood with everything just stone throw away from the hotel. Supermarket/cafes/ristorante, you are spoiled for various choices :D Room offers a balcony view of the vibrant streets, it’s beautiful to watch locals getting ready for Xmas! Streets are all lit up with ornaments & festive lights; Meraviglioso! Bed is so comfortable I had the best sleep in its duvet/comforter WOW! The reception available 24hr and of course the lovely wonderful staffs: Francesca, Alessio, Feruccio & the rest! Amazing stay indeed ❤️ Grazie mille Hotel no logo!

No heat, dirty walls, 131 euros/night for nothing, even the breakfast was simple but the coffee was pretty good. High price for low quality services.

Solid no-frills hotel near Brignole station
Location in newer part of town, just a few minute walk from the Brignole train station, and near many cafes and restaurants. Piazza de Ferrari is about 10min walk away. Hotel not too fancy but covers the basics and is away from major traffic so fairly quiet. However, the walls are paper thin - it's literally like cardboard, unless you make noise yourself you can't avoid listening to neighbours' phone calls..

Good location Room not very good, put opposite cleaning cupboard and could hear everything neighbour's were doing. Bed sheets creased very badly and bed had marks on it. Understand hotel is 2 star but these things should be better at the very least

Nice stay in the heart of Genoa
Good location,room is maybe a bit small, but it is clean. The hotel has the smallest elevator I have seen in my life,big enough for 2 people.

Hotel was clean and had everything we wanted from a hotel. The only disappointment was the lack of free parking. When I select parking on the filter, I expect it to be included in the price, not an extra charge. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cute hotel!
Great little hotel in a fantastic area. It was pretty clean and the staff were wonderful. The only downside was that the walls were very thin and the hallway was noisy at times.

really good value! Super convenient location.
very nice budget place. Comfy and clean rooms, just a stroll from Genoa central railway station /Metro Line. Room comes with a balcony! 3 bigger supermarkets within 10 minute-walk reachable. No kitchen but seating area & a microwave to use. Free drinking water dispenser. Local Pizzeria just across the hotel. Very helpful staff!! Thank You!

Great stay! Simple, clean, comfy beds.
Great stay. Clean comfy beds. Perfect for stop over. Staff were helpful and friendly. Located on touristy street with lots to see and eat. Easy 5 minute walk to Brignole Train Station. Definitely would stay again .
