Please be informed that we have already checked the kettle in your room and can confirm that it was functioning properly. Furthermore, please be advised that in accordance with our Health and Safety protocol, the first aid kits are equipped with the basic equipment i.e sterile gauze pads, bandages etc. Medical creams and tablets/medicines can not be provided to any of our staff and/or guests as to avoid abnormal allergies to any of the components of these medications. Regarding the indoor heated pool kindly note that we keep daily records and the water temperature is always kept at 28° Celsius. We would kindly request you to treat this as an unfortunate incident and not let it mar your overall impression about our hotel. We sincerely hope that our reply has clearly explained the situation and this will conclude in re-evaluating our team and services. We also hope that one day you will choose to stay with us again.
