“We just departed from one of our favourite flats in the UK! Loved the Notting Hill neighborhood, the cleanliness of the flat, the wonderful quality bath and bed linens, the ample storage for clothes etc, and the relaxing patio. “Basically within 10 minutes OR LESS of everything. But, you have to be fit. Those 70 stairs are a hike. We workout daily and I felt it!! You must be capable of that. It’s tight and no balcony but it’s not noisy at all. It’s opposite the Gielgud theatre. Right by Chinatown. Overall I would say this is exactly as advertised and it’s perfect if you want the London”scene”. Piccadilly Circus tube is a 2 min walk!! ”

“1. This unit is at the top of the building - 5 flights up. There is a TINY elevator that barely one person & a carry-on suitcase can fit into. If you have a lot of luggage, small children, elderly guests or get claustrophobic in tiny elevators, this isn't the place for you. 2. This place needs a serious deep cleaning. “I have to say for a short stay it’s convenient. It’s a place to sleep and shower. We were out for most of the time. It’s cozy and cute and economical for a quick stay. We kept on having issues with the toilet and on the 2nd day the wifi network randomly disappeared, we were no longer connected nor could we find the network. Being that we are not from the UK we rely a little more on wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. When we had issues with the toilet Clarissa sent someone to fix it quickly……

"Great location,very close to train and tube stations. Staff is helpful, especially manager Barbara - helping me to upgrade from single room to twin room for several days during my two-week stay. Can walk to Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Hyde Park within 10-15 minutes. Quite a lot of restaurants and shops including M&S. Would definitely stay again. "

"Early check-in is allowed. Thank you. Location is good especially u are going to/from airport. U can catch heathrow express train. Got grocery shop, restaurant, bus stop, train station nearby. Room is for one person. You have to leave room key behind before you walk out hotel. Room door will close itself. It will slam itself. So it may wake you or ur neighbour up. A typical old hotel. when I move around, I will make noise, whenever I step on the floor, wood floor sound. I also don't want to disturb my neighbour so I can't do much in the room."
