“This hotel seems to be run by friendly family and people. During my stay, they were good to me and my dad, guilding us to the train station, ordered a cheap taxi for us, helped me to open the bathroom door when I didn't know how to open it. “What a lovely surprise it was to arrive at The Swan in Esher! We were able to park easily at no charge. We were made to feel welcome and shown to our small but clean, comfortable and quiet room, providing everything we needed for our two night stay.
