The check-in and check-out were easy, and communication with Preston was prompt. We enjoyed the house, the location which is close to ASU, grocery stores, and shopping. ”

“The only thing I would change is to add a small dresser in the front bedroom. There is a closet but nowhere to put your things otherwise. Other than that small issue, this property was exactly what we needed for our trip. We had enough space, the fridge was nice, the decor was pleasant, and instructions were detailed. “Fun spot, walking distance to the stadium was about a mile and felt safe. Bikes available to make a run to a gas station or Walgreens, about half a mile. Golf course was being seeded for winter so it wasn’t open, so that might be something to check out if you’re planning on golfing. The putting green was fun, and last but not least, the planter rings aren’t fire pits!!”
