“Very clean and close to everything dispute being in NJ I could get to Philly fine and the Roots festival fine. Stuff I need was close like Walmart and target and a movie theater was cool. Very cool and calm vibe for afterwards and a steakhouse right next door. A hidden Gem!”

“I went during The Roots Picnic and the hotel was hopping. The staff was polite, professional and quick to handle every need. The spaces are chic and have an uptown sophistication. I will warn that the walls are thin and your neighbors can hear you; pack headphones. I'd suggest getting coffee from Elixir Coffee and go to the rooftop for a proper morning sunrise.”

“Beautiful hotel, nice views of the river and New Jersey. Staff was amazing, very old architecture vibes . Perfect spot for food and bars and great walking distance to a lot! 100% Will visit again. Only thing is the room did need a mirror besides the one in the bathroom. Be careful where you park tho, Philly will tow! Haha but that was a mistake on the city not the hotel. They all were amazing!”

“There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.”

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.”
