We skied at Lapland Nordic Ski Center every day, a 30 minute easy drive north up Rt. 30, and looked forward to our return to the house to enjoy the amazing hot tub and great fireplace. “I was traveling and decided to stay at the Hotel Broadalbin. It is a nicely restored 170+ yr old hotel with restaurant/bar on the main street in a small village. Had a nice chat with the owner. It has the feel of stepping back in time. All the rooms were restored a few years ago and have that 19th century feel, antique furniture, etc. The bed was comfortable. I liked the smart Roku TV. I stayed there again the following week when i came back through. So much nicer than any of the chain...
