Great stay for the price! Clean rooms nice staff the 1 and only complaint I’d have is the top lock wouldn’t latch on our door. But the bottom and chain will do the trick. I’d stay again

This was the 2nd stay and not a bad place for the price. First issue was that the fan on the heater was extremely loud. I m glad that the heater worked as it was below 0°, but was unable to sleep because of the insane noise level. Also, body wash and shampoo dispensers were empty.

Nice place for the price. The heater was loose in the wall and missing all the screws and it was -6° with a -35° wind chill and so much freezing air was rushing in the heater wouldnt shut off, had to wrap towels around it to stop the cold from blowing in.

A clean, quiet room in the boondocks west of Wichita. Nothing fancy, but perfectly comfortable. The shower was awesome! Hot and strong. The bed was very comfortable, the room was toasty warm. If you like Chinese food, the "Ginger" on the other side of the highway has very good Singapore mai fun and spring rolls! My only criticism, and not really a complaint, is that there was no in-room coffee. A very minor thing. So rough it - bring instant Starbucks and nuke some water. You'll be okay. Next time I overnight in Wichita, I will stay here.

Service wasn't really friendly at all. The floors in the room were not cleaned, both the carpet and the bathroom floor. The shampoo/body wash/hand soap were all empty

One of the cleanest hotels in which I've ever stayed. Check in was quick and easy. Fast food and Walmart not far away. Great stay!

Very nice stay.
Visually pleasing with well trimmed landscape. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff and greated by a beautiful sweet cat. Room was basic but clean and well lit. Bed was clean and ok. Only stopped for the night. Hot water was not working well but was to tired to worry about it. I would absolutely stay here again.

It was very easy to find and even though it seemed to be full it was still very quiet. I had a very comfortable night's sleep and the coffee the next morning was perfect.

The carpet was dirty. The AC was cracked. There were random hairs in the bathroom. The door wasn’t sealed from the outside, which let in hot air and a lot of light. Cops were there both nights. Just a little sketchy.

We arrived later than we had hoped due to a delay with our rental car. It was almost 11:00 pm and there were many people still out making noise in the parking lot and outside their rooms. The room was clean but had that closed in smell to it. The breakfast wasn’t large but it was good.

Easy access. Appears to be a safer area. Walmart about a mile or two down the road, if you needed anything. Check in went smooth with an advance reservation. Older motel. Clean inside room. Simply appointed. Option to connect with adjoining room, if desired. Outside entry. Noisy to activity in parking lot. This night another patron's car went off around 1:30 am. If you are a light sleeper you will hear adjoining room's TV, room activity and outside activity. As was the case on this Saturday night's stay for me. Figure I got about 4 hours of sleep total. Free coffee and tea. The coffee is nothing notable but it is dark in appearance and hot. No elevators. Only steps to second level. If you want a clean room at a reasonable cost and convenient location, then this will work.
