I liked the distances ,it was close to main street, beach , restaurants...i didn't liked the noise of the next-door hotel's, we didn't sleep or rest the whole time that we was staying at Novotel.

We were in the renovated section The room was fine however you can hear everything including the lift doors constantly going up and down and opening Had to ask reception to fill body wash as when we arrived there was none and rubbish and dropped food was left in the hall way for days. Location was the only positive.

It's a great hotel with great location but some of my clothes were stolen out of the guest dryer machines. And a pair of shorts also taken from the room. When i reported it to front desk, the lady didn't really know what to do. So whoever took them, needs it more than us

Got to the property to be told they’re now cashless and also can’t use Apple Pay which was almost a disaster as I don’t carry a physical debit card with me anymore. This info should be notified when booking property this is my 3rd trip in 4 months and the first I was aware of the change of process. Other than that bed was so comfy best sleep I’ve had in weeks and Sheridan at front desk is consistently lovely and helpful at every checkin.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Both rooms were dirty. Vanities not wiped down properly and something spilled all down the cupboards etc. I wipes it clean myself. Staff had issues which meant we were inconvenienced at the last minute and i asked for other option s and they hung up on me. Totally unacveptable.

They charge me $20 a day for parking without letting me know, whereas the normal charges of parking around the area was $10-$15 a day.
