“Perfect spot for a small family to enjoy Pensacola Beach! Loved the patio and bunks for the kids. The beach was just a short walk- community pool was beautiful and large. Plenty of towels available and we loved that there was even a beach cart with chairs and tons of beach essentials!! The host was very responsive when we had one issue (which ended up being a total user error on our part). Will definitely consider staying here again if we return to this beautiful area! ”

“The condo was well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. It’s across the street from a very popular seafood restaurant (can add yourself to waitlist from the condo before walking over) and with direct access to the beach. View was phenomenal in early AM and evening. Parking was easy! The beach was very quiet and not at all crowded. We had a wonderful quick vacation! ”

For me, communication is very important, and Kathy responded to all my questions within the hour — every single time.The condo itself was even better than the pictures. We arrived to fun Halloween décor, which made us feel so welcome right away. Everything was spotless and met all of our needs.
