"This quaint older home met our needs well for a weekend with my PCC grandchildren. The location was convenient to anywhere in Pensacola we wished to go. The house itself was clean and nicely decorated. The small kitchen was nicely equipped for meal prep. Our host was quick to respond when we needed information. Parking on the yard felt a bit strange but it worked fine for our 2 vehicles."

"Absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend! We were greeted by John upon arrival who gave us a quick tour of our accommodations and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. After that it was basically like having the place to yourself. The home was beautifully decorated, meticulously clean, and stocked with a few personal touches. By far prefer staying here over any hotel I have ever stayed at. Everyone should try this place out at least once!"

"House was in a wonderful quiet family neighborhood with easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Loved being able to come back to the peaceful private home and not deal with other people. Just what we needed! There have been lots of updates in this older home and while there are a few things that need attention, we can tell the home is clean and well maintained. "Had an amazing stay at Kozy on Kipling. Home is beautifully remodeled. Perfectly clean. Has every appliance you could want, including an espresso machine. Owner supplied everything needed including K cups and coffee grounds, shampoo/conditioner, Tide laundry detergent and more. Location is perfect, near everything. Owner communication was A+. "We stayed for one night and it was perfect. Some highlights: the house is very clean and comfortable, there was coffee in the morning, the back yard is huge and very pleasant for resting! The only downside of the property is completely out of the owner's control: traffic noise at night. You should definitely consider a stay here!"
