“We were going to be late checking in. I tried to call the front desk THREE times during the day and I was just put on a loop and no one ever answered. To be fair the actual man at the desk who checked us in was very cordial. The hotel has just switched from a Motel 6. The old signage is still there. GPS had a hard time finding it and sent us down back alleys, even though it is on a main road. In the dark, the hotel’s old Motel 6 sign was shining through the cover that new management put on and……

“Everything was fine. (No one is perfect.)”

“Nothing for breakfast except coffee. Door on room did not fit well, allowing visible cracks that showed hallway. Sure seems like someone is living there as the food odors were very strong (and not good) at the same time each night. Check-in took too long, and check-out was even longer. People hanging around lobby during check-out made it very strange and the clerk said nothing so I assume they were related. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.”

“Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled.”
