Lovely Staff but....
First of all, without exception the staff were absolutely charming. The hotel itself was a bit disappointing. The room had this bizarre setup with an 'Open Plan' ensuite - shower and toilet with glass doors opening into the room, screened by a sink and mirror. Not much privacy if a couple needed it! Also the shower door wasn't secure so a big pool of water outside the door resulted after each use! Room generally a bit tired. The roof terrace was a disappointment. There was a bar there but never saw it open. The sunbeds and loungers were generally squashed into each corner of the L-shaped floor area. There never seemed to be tidied up whilst I was there. The hot tub was OK but so much more could be made of the roof area to make it more attractive to guests. Staircase was a trip hazard as the vinyl covering was coming apart in places - obviously an ongoing problem judging from visible repairs One of the lifts was making a dreadful sound as it went from 4 to 6. I stopped using it!! The breakfast buffet was good.

Very pleasant stay in a nice hotel.
Very pleasant 2 night stay. I would recommend. For my purposes I was looking for a quiet hotel while on business in Las Palmas. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good. Room was very comfortable and clean. If there were any critisism, there are no food facilities during the week at this time of year which was slightly inconvenient when returning on the evening.

Quick and easy check in. Room was big, very clean, comfortable and with everything you need for your stay. Only negative is you can hear the traffic and people out on the street. It's a main road so quite busy

Not as good as we'd hope
The location of this hotel is pretty convenient in that it's walking distance from the old and the new town but the hotel itself doesn't live you to its standards. The shower was tiny so our bathroom floor was always wet coupled with the fact that the cleaning staff did not mop the floors during cleaning. We had asked for new sheets because we accidentally spilled something on ours and were told by staff that they didn't have any clean sheets in the hotel. The hotel is not bad but it's not a 4 star hotel.

Great stay

New hotel, good location
This is a new hotel and very modern, the rooms are a good size, mine overlooked the marina, aircon worked well, beds comfortable, only complaint was fridge in room didn't work. breakfast buffet was good & plentiful & overall a very nice place to stay. The missing star is because of a flood in the hotel on the night of a big storm, including my room but full credit to them they moved me immediately to a better room for the remainder of my stay.

The breakfast was amazing, many options and also the staff was very friendly and welcoming. One thing thats wasn't good was that the jacuzzi was out of service everytime we asked to book it, so we never had the chance to try it. Cleaning was very good. Location also good if you like walking not very far from the beach. The beds was super comfortable.

Fint hotell med bra standard. Ligger mellom gamlebyen og Strandområde / kjøping osv. Minus manglende utvalg av spisesteder i område (kun få restauranter ved båtplassen). Gå distanse til gamlebyen 25-30 min til strandområde ca 20 min. Om jeg kunne velge igjen ville jeg valgt hotell som ligger i santa catalina område. Selve hotell bra standard, ok renhold. Bra størrelse på rom. Kjøleskap, hårføner.

Buen hotel de ciudad
Habitación cómoda y limpia. Nos alojamos una noche en dos habitaciones. Desayuno buffet correcto, pequeño pero con buenos productos. Utilicé el gimnasio del rooftop.Tiene 3 máquinas cinta, bicicleta y elíptica. Mención especial para Eneida, fue muy amable y servicial. Volveremos.

Hotel muy nuevo, todo impoluto, equipo de trabajadores jóvenes y muy profesionales, destacar la paciència y el talento de la persona de recepción de el pasado sábado tarde con las nuevas normas de gobierno canario
