Great gate to Granada
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Granada. Each night we dined at one of the restaurants recommended by Teresa. The restaurants were very close and so good. There were nearby groceries and a fruiteria. Teresa was helpful and answered questions promptly. We loved the apartment’s location and were very comfortable in this well stocked unit. We would be happy to stay here again.

Great central location
We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean and had all the amenities anyone would need - air conditioning, coffee maker, teapot, hair dryer etc. location was fabulous! Close to the cathedral, great restaurants and tapas bars. Walkable to Alhambra and Albicin. Great restaurant Betula Nona must make reservations far in advance.

Absolutely amazing for people like us who are very particular about where we stay. The host was so easy to communicate with. The apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The place is spotless. The beds are very comfortable. The location is very central. We used public transport to get to and from the Alhambra but we walked everywhere else. There’s a supermarket Dia close by. We only stayed 2 nights but the host had provisions like coffee, milk, croissants, beer, butter etc available for us. One thing I’d like to stress is that you read all the information Teresa send you ahead of time to access her place. Her instructions are very detailed and will save you lots of trouble if you follow them to the letter. Word of advice don’t rent a big SUV. The streets are very narrow as well as the turns you need to make to get around. Also, if you have lots of luggage opt to drop off the luggage beforehand and then go park the car.

Great place
Very nice apartment with good amenities. Some of the check was new to me and it took some time to become familiar with it. My Apple Maps did not do well getting my car to the apartment and the parking is a few minute walk away. Here and Cordoba and Seville I wished I did not have a car. But, the host did a great job getting me settled and the apartment is great - even a tiny patio. I would book this again.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Very well appointed with anything you might need. The self check in is a bit challenging if you have a car. The car park is in an other location but you need to go to the apartment building first to get the key to access parking garage. Fortunately, the host sends detailed instructions and is easily reachable for assistance. We lived our stay and highly recommend this place.

This was a great place to stay. It was both quiet and in the middle of everything. We could walk everywhere. The unit was very clean and comfortable, and the host thoughtfully included a lot of extra amenities. Recommend highly!

We spent 2 nights in Granada visiting the Alhambra. We really enjoyed the apartment. The location is central to most activities, although the Alhambra is a bit of a walk (uphill). The apartment is also modern, clean, and well furnished. The owner supplied many essentials for us to use which we greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this apartment.

Great location for weekend in Granada
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this city centre apartment. Except for catching a taxi to the Alhambra, we walked everywhere. Despite its location, the street was quiet at night for sleeping. The photos don’t quite do the apartment justice- there are windows in every room and there was much more light than we expected. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Comfortable, Great Location and Thoughtfully Supplied!
We had a great experience with this rental. The parking is in a separate location so there are logistics to navigate, but we got great instructions and support from the homeowner. The apartment is located in a super convenient location near the Cathedral and more bars and restaurants than you can count. Apartment was clean, comfortable and very thoughtfully supplied—juice, beer and milk in the fridge, pastries on the counter, even toothpaste and extra new toothbrushes in the bathroom should the need arise. The bed was comfortable, great balconies, windows with shutters to let in or keep out the lively street culture of Granada. Flawless from start to finish, and we are frequent, rather hard to please renters. A super property.

Truly Top Notch VRBO Property
Teresa's place is spotless, spacious and well located. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Granada. She is also very organized with check in information and is super responsive. This is the best maintained and well cared for VRBO property that I have rented. And I have rented a lot.

This apartment is beautiful and SO SO comfortable. The best mattress and pillows I've ever had ... I want them at home! And nice hot showers. Teresa was great with advance communication and met us at the apartment for a super-easy check in. Beautiful fruit and lots of drinks were left for us in the fridge which we enjoyed! It was an easy walk to many tapas bars, the cathedral, etc. We walked a lot in Granada and were always happy to come back and relax in this beautiful apartment, highly recommended!

Everything about the apartment was wonderful. We loved the location near the university in a residential neighborhood that wasn’t touristy, but walking distance to many of the key sights. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed. When we arrived, the refrigerator was stocked with ham and check, fruit, and milk. There was a wonderful espresso maker and lots of good coffee. Teresa is an attentive host, and was responsive and helpful whenever we needed her. The bed was super comfortable, with good linens, and there were big fluffy towels in the bathroom. All in all, a terrific place to stay.

Great apartment in fantastic location.
The apartment is centrally located and is very well equipped. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Granada. Teresa met us on our arrival and gave us lots of information about where to eat and what to see in Granada. She also provided some food and drinks that were very much appreciated...a nice special touch that makes you feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Granada.

Perfect In Every Way
Teresa’s apartment exceeded our expectations. The best private stay experience we have had. The arrival supplies, huge fruit bowl, bread, cheese, juice, milk and more were hugely appreciated. The detail down to GHD hairdryer and straighteners a bonus! Spotlessly clean. If you are heading to Granada and are lucky enough for Teresa’s apartment to be available I would highly recommend it.

The apartment is fantastic! Perfect location to see everything. The pictures are accurate and it is meticulously clean. Further, Teresa has every little detail covered and goes the extra mile-there was milk, beer and other items in the fridge, plenty of coffee and she even leaves an extra toothbrush in the bathroom! Perfect Location
Cute 2 bedroom apartment with good access to everything in Granada. Apartment is in great condition and fully stocked. Water pressure is amazing in the shower (we are from Southern California where water is scarce). Super stay and Teresa is very helpful. One thing however, be aware that you are very close to the university and college kids love to party. It can get a little noisy around 3:00 am during holiday times.

Fabulous apartment and location!
We loved Teresa’s apartment! She was helpful and left a wonderful variety of food and drinks for us to enjoy! The apartment was immaculate and inviting. We parked our car in her free garage spot and never used it because of the central location. We had our anniversary dinner up at San Nicolas overlooking the Alhambra at night, as she recommended. We have stayed in many apartments and highly recommend this one in Granada!

We, a family of four - the “children” aged 24 and 22, have stayed in this flat for three nights and could have stayed much longer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Granada. The flat was immaculate and the location could not have been better. We were able to walk to all the places we liked to see and as the car was safely parked in the private parking - coming with the flat - we had not to bother about that either. Teresa was more than welcoming and introduced us to everything. There was no problem in receiving or giving back the keys either and the flat itself was just bliss! Everything you have ever wished for (bathroom/kitchen) was there on your disposal and everything was really clean - not to mention the drinks in the fridge! We really can recommend this flat. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great Rental Apartment
I stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment rental. It's in a great location that's a 30 minute walk to the Alhambra. There's so many wonderful tapas restaurants close by and a cute convenience store that's practically next door. I appreciated that the fridge was stocked with some food essentials and the bathroom and kitchen had everything that you could possibly need. You are also a quick walk to the airport bus.

Exceptional apartment, hostess, location, in a beautiful city.
Teresa has thought of everything, including a toothbrush if you happen to forget one. We have used VRBO for years within the USA and decided to take a chance and use it in Granda, Spain, the best experience ever! Teresa communicates quickly and in perfect English if you do not speak Spanish. She is knowledgeable, professional, and addresses your every need. The apartment is perfect! I believe the photos don't completely show how roomy, clean, excellently stocked, and modern the apartment it is, we could have stayed a month. The goodies Teresa filled the refrigerator and kitchen with allowed us to take our time in the morning enjoying a cup of coffee, and fruit, while in the afternoon we had cokes, beer, soft drinks, and ham and cheese for a small sandwich! Perfect! And not expected. Parking was the easiest ( large space) experience my husband faced while driving in Spain and very near the apartment. It's completely safe, we left our large suitcase in the car with no worries. But the most important aspect of this wonderful apartment is the location, steps from the Catheral and Royal Chapel, plus 5 minutes from transportation to the Alhambra. Thank you for a fantastic experience in the best accommodations!

Teresa thank you for your wonderful hospitality. Your accommodations are excellent. The extra perks like the cheese, ham, bread, coffee and other items to snack on when we arrived and during our stay were excellent. Can’t tell you how many time we get somewhere and we are hungry and just need a little something to hold us over…you provided that….many, many thanks. That alone provided us the comforts of home. The apartment is spacious, the bed are comfortable, excellent shower space and the AC works wonderful. The apartment is centrally located. We were within walking distance of all the major attractions. Thank you Teresa we had a wonderful time in Granada.

The apartment was spotless. It was just Super. We were left with beer, wine, orange juice, cheese, ham, rolls, and fruit and more. The airconditioner worked great, plenty of hot water, and well stocked bathroom supplies. Our car was safe in the garage. Did I mention how clean the apartment was? The apartment was very well appointed. We would for sure stay here again.

Absolute Best place to stay in Granada!
Teresa is wonderful and her apartment so so beautiful!! Teresa’s attention to every detail of the modern apartment is clearly felt throughout. I wished I could have request more days. This was the only place we booked where the 2nd bedroom had comfortable twin beds. All other places were hard making sleep unsatistfying. Also the apartment is walking distance to restaurants, shopping entertainment! It’s the Perfect location for anyone! Thank You So Much Teresa for the croissants, Tea, coffee, fruit and other goodies in the kitchen. I cannot wait to visit Granada next year and stay in your apartment! You Need to Stay Here!!!
This is an absolutely wonderful apartment in Granada. I can't say enough about it. It is large for a 2 bedroom apartment. Very clean and airy. But it's the little touches that our host, Teresa, thought about that make this place outstanding. The refrigerator was stocked with beer, soda, water, orange juice, milk, ham and cheese. There is also bread, butter, honey and jam plus of course, coffee. The bathroom is supplied with toothpaste and toothbrushes, swabs, kleenex (which I've found to be rare in European rental apartments and washcloths (which is even rarer). The neighborhood is nice, and it is walkable to the cathedral and Royal Chapel. If you are going to the Alhambra, take the advantage of the Granada City Train (hop on/hop off) for 8E pp. You can pick it up at the nearby Plaza Romanilla. The train will take you right to the Alhambra entrance. Teresa met us right on time to check us in and showed us on a city map the location of attractions. She took me to the parking garage. When it was time to check out, she was there promptly again. If you are visiting Granada, I highly recommend this apartment.

This is a top quality completely refurbished property behind a retained old façade. Brilliant condition, literally everything one could want in a holiday apartment, supplied complete with bread, milk, beer, essential groceries. Immaculately clean and great comfortable accommodation - with two bedrooms it would suit four people as well. Location superb, five minutes walk to cathedral, shops, small supermarket and a little more to some stylish bar restaurants - but don't ignore the excellent little organic looking restaurant directly across the street. Can't recommend this place enough - in quiet street off a pleasant square - and convenient for buses to Alhambra etc. Teresa outstandingly helpful. Book this place.

Great flat, great location
Teresa's flat was perfect four our family of four. Immaculately clean and everything in working order, kitchen well-equipped and there were even spices and condiments, coffee, tea, and breakfast things there on our arrival, which was very thoughtful. The location is fantastic, low traffic side street, with all sights walkable and everything you need nearby. Excellent communication with host. We thoroughly recommend.

A splendid apartment. Very clean, very well equipped. The contact with the owner was perfect. And what a nice spot! In the centre of great Granada. Near some squares. Near the nice cathedral. We travelled around Andalusia and this was a highlight, for sure. We left the car in an inhouse garage, and did not use it till we left. For sure a place to return!

L'appartement de Teresa est magnifique et d'un confort parfait. La propreté y est absolument remarquable et rien ne manque de ce que l'on peut souhaiter y trouver. Teresa pense à tout : elle déborde de gentilles attentions et laisse tous les produits nécessaires pour rendre le séjour facile et agréable. L'appartement est à 5 min à pied de la Cathédrale. Central et proche d'une place animée. Mon mari, mes enfants de 12 et 8 ans et moi nous y sommes merveilleusement senti. Merci encore !

Für eine vierköpfige Familie ideal; umfassend und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit Garagenstellplatz in der Nähe; einfach super! In der Küche gab es sogar alles für ein komplettes Frühstück, kleine Leckereien und Getränke im Kühlschrank! Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Great apartment!
Great apartment, good location, the beds are good, the kitchen is very well equiped. Excellent location. Teresa is a good and friendly host. Really liked and appreciated that she had left food (like lots of fruit, bread) and drinks for us in the kitchen. It's almost like a hotel and b&b in one, and then only the positive aspects. Did you forget your toothbrush? You'll find some new toothbrushes in the bathroom! Do you have to do some laundry? That is possible and you don't have to buy any laundry detergent. During our stay she even texted us to ask if we needed anything. Thank you so much Teresa, we had a wonderful stay!
