There is an underground parking place on the block, but says 12 euros for 24 hours parking but we pulled in at 5 pm and left at 2pm the next day and the rate was 24 euros, so don't be surprised about that. Hotel is very nice, comfortable room.

Good 3-star hotel for short break to Granada
Enjoyed our stay here for two nights. Good location for centre of town and bus route 4 from train station. Clean, comfortable room (we paid extra for balcony although did not use it much) and good breakfast buffet. Hotel seemed generally quiet. There is a school next door and sports pitches at rear in use throughout the day and evening until 11pm but less noise than hotels we have stayed at with an outside pool /bar area. Very good restaurant next to front of hotel (La Cuchara) which seemed popular with locals.

The hotel is in a very attractive building that was at on time a monastery. It is very quiet and is located on the periphery of the central area that is certainly within walking distance.

It was a unique stay in a converted monastery. School is next door so it can become a bit noisy if placed outside of the courthouse.

Beautiful place to return
We had a very good time in this hotel, enjoyed our terrace very much. The 8 minute walk to the main tourist areas was good, relaxing after the sightseeing and made us to explore our surrounding neighborhood. The hotel is located at a river with a little park, with nice bars and restaurants very near by.

Highly recommended monastery turned into a hotel.
It was amazing! We were very comfortable. The room was clean, quiet, spacious,had a modern private bathroom and was near restaurants, walking distance to centers and things to do. The concierge was always very helpful. Loved Granada! And a very unique experience staying here!

The room was a bit cold, took a while to heat it. Our toddler liked the patio a lot. Overall is a very good option for families, it's not in the crowded center but easy accessed by bus.

Nice hotel in a best part of Granada. The hotel is converted monastery, so rooms are ample size, very clean, comfortable beds, nice buffet breakfast.

Beware of the parking. They told us it's free when we checked in, but then it turned out to be 16 bucks per day. Other than that... I would recommend this hotel anytime.

Comfortable, clean and near conference centre.
Comfortable and well positioned. I was there for a conference and it was only a 5 min walk to Conference centre. Good cafe/ wine bar outside and a couple of good breakfast places nearby as well. It was over 40 for 2 days and some people said their air conditioning didn't keep the room cool, but mine worked fine.

Very nice place near everything
Stayed here on a local's recommendation and was satisfied with the hotel. It used to be a monastery so the amenities are basic but updated. Very clean. Wish the bed was a bit more comfortable but not that bad. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive so you will find almost anything you like. Wifi worked very well. I would stay here again.

This is a converted monastery and the ambiance is exactly that. Sterile, quiet, unappealing, and the restaurant could be better. So, this is not a bad place but not in the top one or two categories.

Convient austere comfort
Austere comfort as fitting a monastery. If you are fortunate, there is nearly free street parking in the heart of town. The bus to the Alhambra stops outside. Helpful staff.

Enjoyed my two night stay. Good location. Was not aware it was a former monastery but beautiful quiet and surrounds. Only disappointment being no bar service before dinner at 8p.m. I was looking for some ice as there is no fridge in the room.

An interesting hotel.
This was a great hotel and not too expensive (110 US dollars a night) but with few amenities. The location of the hotel is in a great neighborhood close to the cathedral (10 min walk). What I liked about it is that its connected to a church/monastery. One walks right past the front door of the church to enter the hotel; makes for an interesting stay.

No A/C in July - 100 degree heat
We stayed in July - very hot - A/C never worked in both our rooms - we changed 2 rooms in middle of night- none of the new rooms had working A/C- we were told that this was a general problem and they would be happy to pay for taxi and a different hotel. We could not relocate to a new hotel at 1 am so we stayed - no one slept. Staff is very professional. DO NOT stay here in summer - you will suffer - unless you like 100 degree heat. Parking was also very complicated to figure out - very close by but many steps to validate parking - leave extra time for this!!!

A little break in Granada after snowboarding and we thought staying in a former monastery would be interesting. It's an ideal location with local parking. I would hesitate to recommend the hotel to others.

Good hotel in former monastery
The almost ideal hotel for a short stay. The room we had was nicely fitted out (including the bathroom) and beautifully clean, with spacious and comfortable twin beds. No cupboard or chest of drawers as such, but enough space to hang and lay out clothes. Staff were charming, efficient, and very helpful. (For instance when a complication about our pre-booked Alhambra tour came up, they contacted the tour company office in Madrid for us, and we were able to sort things out.) They also gave us useful and accurate information about where to find places we asked about in Granada, for instance Turkish baths! A minor problem is that the hotel is next to a school and its games and assembly area. From about 7.45am every weekday morning, there was therefore a fair amount of noise outside our window from young schoolchildren arriving and playing. If this would trouble you, ask for a room overlooking the inner courtyard, NOT the school. The hotel was very quiet at night when we were there. The monastery bell rang hourly during daytime, but not at night.

I was on a business trip and need to get a good night sleep. I was unable to sleep since the hotel was full of teenagers staying up all hours of the night. Limited amenities were frustrating - no dresser, no refrigerator, TV did not work until we fixed it. The bathroom was very small. You had to close the door to get to the toilet. No place for your toiletries. The wifi was very slow on mobile devices. I could not load my e-mail. I ended up using my laptop to use the internet. It was very frustrating doing business at this hotel. The shower head was full of mold. It needed to be replaced. I was not impressed with this hotel.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel by the river- back room with view of the mountain up to the Alhambra. It is just a few minutes walk over the bridge to cafés and restaurants and up into the old town.

A hotel in a monastery
The hotel has a nice court yard with a few orange trees showing its past history as a monastery. The ground floor is lined with nice tiled walls. The hotel Clark is helpful. A few steps across the river you are in the middle of the busiest street of Granada. The shuttle bus to the airport is around the corner but there are no road signs showing where it is. Use your instinct.

Nice room, great location
Very nice room for one night. Location was perfect for walking to all the sights we wanted to see in Granada in the one day we were there. Bed was comfortable and room was quite large for European standards. The hotel was willing to call and book a bath for me upon arrival at the Arab baths near the Alahambra, which was much appreciated as body was sore from all the walking. Baths were a little hard to find but I felt fabulous afterwards!
