Great, functional space

Seamless stay
I've stayed in this building one other time, but Tara's condo was exceptional, both in terms of the condo itself and the cleanliness. We had a group of four (two couples) and it was very comfortable - each couple got their own bedroom and bathroom. There's an additional loft area upstairs too, with a sleeper sofa, which we didn't use. You're also a short drive or walk to downtown Grand Haven and the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this condo and it was awesome. The place was clean and met our expectations greatly. We loved everything about it and would definitely come back to this place if we are ever to stay in Grand Haven again. Tara was a great host and was always available to answer any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great Condo
The location was great as our home base. We enjoyed the beach..hiking..and shopping. Culvers and Jimmy Johns are just steps away for a quick lunch. We loved dinner at Snug Harbor. Great atmosphere on the river! The condo had everything you would need. There are places to get groceries on your way in! Downtown has several cute shops and boutiques.

Wonderful condo just like home!
We took our three children ages 3, 7 and 11 on a little mini trip before school began and had a wonderful time in Tara's condo! Her communication was top notch, it was very very clean and comfortable (beds too). Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, loved the loft area for the kids, TV's in every space. We were so busy with all the fun things to do in the area we pretty much came home, ate dinner and crashed but everything you need is provided, right down to little soaps and makeup remover in the bathroom, very impressive! Our 3 yr old went right for the thoughtfully provided toys in the cabinet, which was nice since we didn't bring many. The restaurants right below were so convenient. Thank you so much Tara for a superb time, we would absolutely stay again!

My husband and I stayed while attending a graduation party in Spring Lake, a few miles from Grand Haven. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Tara was quick to respond and was very accommodating. I would stay there again.

The condo was spotless and organized. We were impressed with the quality of the linens and kitchen ware! It is also conveniently located,just blocks from stores and restaurants. Would only suggest that "grab" bars be installed in at least one of the showers for we seniors.🤔

This was a great place to use as our home base for biking in the Grand Haven and Holland area. There was plenty of room to spread out, there were fans in all the room and the amenities made us very comfortable. There was a nice balcony too.

Excellent Condo, Good Location, Great Host
Stayed at this property for a week with five other friends (6 total). The condo is spacious and accommodated us perfectly. There is a Master bedroom and bathroom suite, a second bedroom and bathroom, and a large loft upstairs with a pull-out couch and a day bed with trundle. The condo was well stocked with kitchen items and bath towels, and the host provided several beach towels and three beach chairs. Communication with the host, Tara, was excellent and fast. Check-in was super easy. The only consideration for anyone wanting this condo for the Coast Guard Festival (or any other Festival in GH where traffic may be a concern) is that you may have to drive a little more than expected if you don't want to walk. For reference, the location was a 10-12 minute walk from the Musical Fountain, and a 15-17 minute walk from Pronto Pups. The beach/state park/lighthouse is a 25-30 minute walk, but we had a Recreation Pass so were able to drive and park onsite. We ended up driving and parking in downtown GH for a few nights out, but it wasn't a hassle. Parking at the condo was plentiful and we never had an issue. This was a fantastic place to stay and I cannot recommend it enough!

Fantastic Condo
This was the cleanest, most comfortable place we have stayed. The beds were wonderful, couch and chairs were comfy, lots of space to spread out and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. (Coffee filters, spices, salt/pepper, sugars too!) We struggled with the TV but Tara was quick to respond and help us out. The location was close enough to everything in Grand Haven, which was a wonderful place to vacation, btw. I think the only thing that we had any complaints about was the street noise… some folks think it’s appropriate to be as loud as possible on their motorcycles driving through an area that echoes. At night. Goodness. Bring earplugs just in case if you’re a light sleeper! (No matter where you end up staying)

Loved it!
Grand Haven was a beautiful town to visit and this was a great place to stay. Very clean and stocked with plenty of amenities. Pretty much everything you need is here even games for the kids and beach chairs to use. If you want something within walking distance of the beach this might not be it, but it’s a 5 minute drive at most to about anywhere in Grand Haven you’ll want to see. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for 3 generation trip!
Traveling with a teen to senior, this condo with loft provided everyone with a private spot as well as plenty of room to relax together. The condo was very clean and complete with everything we needed and more - even beach chairs and a beach bag! We enjoyed the fresh air sitting on the balconies - and the dining options available without leaving the parking lot. Especially the Paisley Pig GastronPub! Super convenient to “downtown” and the beach. Tara made everything super easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable stay in Grand Haven
We absolutely loved our time here at Tara's place! Clean, spacious, and cozy, it served our family well. Tara was responsive to all our questions and made us feel welcome.. Parking was sometimes hard to find on the weekend, but we did always find a spot. The loft gave extra space, and we enjoyed the extra details such as games and books for kids, DVDs, etc.

This was my wife and I first time they're great place great location super clean had a problem with the TV but the owner FaceTimed us and had it solved in 5 minutes will be coming back to the summer for a longer stay everybody should check this place out specially if you have kids will be back thanks a lot

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend with our four kids (16 to 20) and found the place to be clean, well stocked and walkable to just about everything you'd want. The host was crazy quick to respond to my questions and did a great job at making us feel at home. If you like to walk to places, this condo is about a five to ten minute walk to town. Across the street is a Walgreens. In the same parking lot as the condo there are a couple of restaurants. A walk to the beach is a bit of a stretch but we planned on driving to the beach because we tend to bring more stuff than we need or would want to carry. The condo was very clean and very spacious. The six of us never felt cramped and there was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Sheets were nice. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had every utensil we needed. We'd stay again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this roomy and very clean condo on our anniversary weekend! We had a great time. Location is fantastic! You can walk downtown for dinner and shopping. It was a bonus having that cute gastropub in the complex as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Grand Haven Condo
Great property close to downtown! There was plenty of room for my family of four. The property is close to downtown and several area attractions. We also enjoyed all of the personal touches the property offered like board games for a rainy night. The property owner was also very responsive to all of our questions.

Awesome stay
This condo exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was super. All amities anyone would need. The towels were so soft. The beds were great. There was so much room. We didn’t even need to us the upstairs . Patio doors made for a nice breeze & fresh air. Neighbors were nice. Owners were very accommodating. This is a must stay. So much to do kept us busy. There were 4 of us & we all had a wonderful time. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.
