“The property was just as described. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with basic necessities for cooking. The on site restaurant was excellent; we ate there two nights. The location made it a short drive to anywhere we wanted to visit. The only negative was very fussy internet. We would stay here again if we were in the area.”

“We had a great stay at The Farm. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is a cute country kitchen, plenty of room at the dining room table for all to eat at. We had an easy access to the home as well. Great place to stay off the beaten path.”

“The property was clean with lovely views of vineyards and fields; beds were comfortable and kitchen was well provisioned with tools needed for cooking. The wrap around deck was lovely, and would have been a great place to veg, had it not been a chilly wet weekend! We highly recommend.”

“Loved the house. Everything was decorated so nicely with antiques and new stuff mixed together. Loved the front porch. When we did eat at the house, that was where we would sit. Loved the little shed out back. Marissa has an extensive CD collection out there with a nice CD player. There’s also a nice garden to sit in right by the shed. The house was also located directly next to the bike trail. Was a nice thing for our adult son to go biking into Traverse while my husband and I enjoyed some...

“We had an amazing stay in Cedar. The hosts are very kind and accomodating. They took us on a tour of the farm, gifted us a dozen fresh eggs for our stay and a bundle of fresh picked lavendar at our departure. The view of the lake (and farm animals!) from the front porch is great. We enjoyed taking a short walk down to Lake Leelanau to swim and fish daily as well. Our kids ages 14, 11, and 9 had a great time as well!”
