It was a nice area it was everybody was nice and polite and we had no problem at all in the swimming pool was great in the spa was great too

We enjoyed our stay. Nicer than we expected. Everyone was kind. Parking was easy. Skiing and food was close. Bed was comfortable. We would easily stay here again

The room was clean but small. Only a small desk chair in which to sit. The water in the shower would not get hot, at best warm. The breakfast was basically what you could put in a toaster. The Ramada in Grayling is less money, the room is larger, the breakfast about the same. The Ramada is not as clean as the Super 8, but the rooms are clean.

Clean, comfortable, and very reasonable price.
One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! May not be the most up the minute decor, but who cares. We were very comfortable. For the price, it was excellent!

Very Clean!
The room was very clean and well kept. I received good customer service. No real complaints. I didn't like the pillows and wish they had thicker blankets but that's more of a preference thing. Everything else was great!

Clean friendly Pretty good
Room was clean.you can tell they try hard to keep the place looking nice. Friendly staff. We needed a crib and they gave us a pack and play with no sheet to cover the pad. We stayed in the large king room with Jacuzzi tub. Nice bathroom but a new caulk job around the tube and tile would make it much more inviting. We ended up using the pull out couch and it could definitely use an update. Metal coils made it very uncomfortable. The hot tub and swimming pool was wonderful, Long hours to use them. 7 to 11 I believe. Very very slippery tile floor in the pool area. Breakfast was disappointing. It was toast, bagels, cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt, stuff like that. We were in town from New Mexico for a friend's wedding and would meet for breakfast and stayed past the breakfast hours talking for a while catching up. The staff didn't chase us off they didn't seem to mind. It's Next to a truck stop but pretty quiet and safe. No elevator.
