“Our anniversary was ruined at the Inn at Diamond Cove!! We called in advance to have a golf cart available to take us to the resort and when we arrived there was no shuttle. We called the hotel again and 20 minutes later it arrived. We traveled to this location to enjoy the jacuzzi and the jacuzzi heater was broken. We tried to go to sleep at 11 p.m. and a noise was thudding above our heads for an hour. Then, the noise started again at 5 a.m. I called the front desk 6 times from the room phone……

“Next to the stadium and train tracks - be advised. Public can park here too buying a pass. The TV did not work for a while and had to call for service, temporary and back up quickly - did not know why but maybe the train interference?? Wi-Fi was tricky to connect to also. Would benefit from all the exterior trash being emptied / lot cleaned. Pool was adequate for kids, but it is in an inner-city parking lot, so set your expectations accordingly.”
