“Jess was very responsive and the apartment was very clean. ”

“Small but cozy space, well kept, good value for the price and has all the amenities you could expect. Would be happy to stay here again.”

“As expected.”

“Property is beat up!!!! Entrance is dimmly lit and hasn't been painted in years. Stairs to the third floor apartment are VERY steep and make it difficult to get even a small suitcase up there safely. Balcony has a nice chairs, cute cushions and a view but is rickety and has a really rough surface. It's in serious need of sanding and painting. The second set of stairs off the deck are also VERY steep. Bathroom has a low slanted ceiling and no mirror over the sink. There's one behind you……

“We had a great stay. Many things were walkable!K-cups were provided, but it would have been nice if there was at least some non-refrigerated creamer. Washer and dryer provided, but no laundry detergent.Host was helpful when the thermostat stopped working. Upstairs neighbors could be easily heard, but it didn't detract from the stay!”

“Great place and location…”
