Cozy and quiet
The owner was very helpful with quick responses. The place was small, but very cozy and quiet. The place had everything we needed for a quick relaxing getaway. The only downside was there were alot of steps to get in and out of the place and unfortunately, I aways over pack, which meant more trips for my husband. But once inside it was very sweet. The nearby town had nice restuarants and some shopping.

Holiday House!
This was a fantastic experience. Ellicotville is beautiful and having a spacious holiday house created a much better holiday than a standard 2-bed hotel room. We will definitely stay again!

This is a fully renovated one bedroom plus loft unit that was perfect for my family of five (one being an infant). It was close to the hill and had all the amenities we needed for a three night stay. Check in and out was seamless. Thanks for having us!

March Break Stay
The place was great for a March Break stay. We loved the proximity to the ski lift for ski in/out access every morning. Easy access to town for dinner/essentials. Owner was very quick to respond to any concerns or questions. We had a great time.

Cozy Slopeside Condo
Clean, nicely appointed slopeside condo at Holiday Valley. Easy check in/out. Gas fireplace was great after long day skiing. Kids loved their own space in the loft. Includes a ski locker just outside the unit. Unit is truly ski in/ski out when the Snowpine lift is running. Otherwise guests can walk to an access point across Catwalk and ski down to the Sunrise lift, or drive/take shuttle to lodge. Great dining options within five minute drive in Ellicottville.

Great Ski In/Out Holiday Valley Condo!
This condo was the perfect size and in the perfect location for our family (2 adults and 2 children under 10). The condo was very clean and well stocked to prepare all meals right there in the kitchen. We used the electric grill on the deck just about every day. Skiing in/out with the Snowpine Chair Lift was incredibly easy and convenient. It was our second time staying here and we cannot wait for next year.

Perfect Slopeside getaway
This was our third time staying at Snow Pine Village, and this was by far the best condo yet. Comfy beds, nice kitchen, plenty of towels and all the basic necessities provided, including coffee filters! Plenty of room for our kids to hang out in the loft. The kitchen has both a refrigerator and small drink fridge. Our family of 5 was very comfy!

Nice place to stay with < 5 people, is smaller than pictures show. Nicely decorated. Bring foil, lids, baking dishes as there are none. Only 1 bathroom right next to bedroom and not very thick walls. Nice to have ski in and out but it is not meant for beginners or children. Also spiral staircase was very tight and narrow. Overall nice space for smaller group and more advanced skiers

Enjoyable for all
Our family of four had a wonderful weekend at this lovely condo. My husband and I slept downstairs while our two kids loved having the loft all for themselves (they were especially delighted the room had a TV with Disney+ and a Nintendo gaming system for their entertainment). The condo had everything we needed to eat-in so we could cook/prepare food right there. It was delightful sitting out on the deck and the area was so tranquil in Spring! We found trails to hike, parks to explore, and the restaurants wonderful in town. This condo is a really great place for a weekend getaway both in ski season and off-season as well!

Just what was needed
Exactly what me and my wife were looking for. A quick getaway to reset and relax. The unit is very clean and fresh, and the owners have ensured you have everything you need. Joe was extremely quick in his replies and I was very appreciative of that. "The Wall" is visible from the lot and you can ski down to the lift in no time at all! Town is a short drive or UBER away and has a little for everyone. Will definitely be booking again in the future when the slopes are up and running.

Cozy weekend getaway nestled in Ellicottville.
This was a great place to stay for the weekend. It looked exactly like the photos , was very clean and stocked with almost everything you need for trip away from home. Everything from a full kitchen , clean towels , fresh bedding and even extra toiletries in the bathroom. Check in was easy and communication with Joe was great. He was very timely in his response. The condo was in a building with other units so you have privacy but also the comfort of knowing you’re not completely alone. This location was perfect and our favorite part. It is literally tucked away in the hills with so many hiking trails and a spectacular view, but it’s also only a 5 minute drive from town where all the good restaurants & boutiques are. The trip was relaxing and just what we needed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience.

Mini Vacay
We have been wanting to get away for a few days this summer after being stuck at home for so long, so we decided to take the kids down to Cattaraugus County. Finding this little chalet was quite the find, and fit our family perfectly. Check in/out was simple, the place was clean, and communication was quick and easy with the owner. Perfect family getaway
The property was as-described & many extra touches made our stay a pleasant one! Everything you need to cook meals is provided in the kitchen & plenty of cups/plates so you don't need to run the dishwasher constantly. Detergent & dryer sheets was supplied in addition to toiletries in the bathroom. Our family enjoyed traveling to Letchworth State Park & Kinzua Bridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this well kept condo.

Incredible place!
This home was absolutely spotless & decorated so beautifully. If you’re looking to stay in or near Ellicottville, this is the place you want to stay. It’s so close to all of the activities in the town, and you can’t beat this location if you’re coming in to ski in the winter. On top of it all, Joe was a great & communicative host. Very nicely remodeled unit at Snowpine. Some friends stayed in other units the same weekend, and we really liked the updated look of this unit. Very comfortable, everything we needed was provided, and great communication with the owner. Can't beat the location for a true ski-in/ski-out property too.

Visited Holiday Valley with my sisters for a night in January. This property was absolutely beautiful and spotless. Loved the decor and setup. Great getaway
We stayed at this unit for our family’s Summer vacation. The property is nicely updated, outfitted, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed outdoor activities located at Holiday Valley including the Sky High adventure course, mountain coaster and mountain biking. Was great to come back at the end of a busy day with comfy places to hang out in the evening and get a good nights sleep. Would love to come back again for any season and enjoy more of the area and nearby resort.
