Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast selection (waffles, danishes, cereals, toast and bagels, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit, oatmeal and yogurt. Would stay again.

Front desk was excellent! I understand with construction and remodeling makes for tough conditions but the toilet was plugged up and wouldn’t go down! This place will be very nice once it’s done!

THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WE HAD BREAKFAST AT THE HOTEL BOTH MORNINGS, IT WAS VERY GOOD. THE BACON WAS JUST THE WAY I LIKE IT LOL.

The carpet was in bad shape. Not sure why we had handicapped bathroom, but we did not need it. No counter space or shelves to put stuff on. Could hear everything in hall. Paid 230 a day for this room

Room key didn't work the second night, not the first time this has happened. Noisy hallway, seemed they had some kind of track team on our floor. Place is next door to a noisy truck stop as well. Hotel was clean, staff was OK except needing a blood sample to prove who we were when the room key didn't work. I'd give it a 7,maybe a weak 8. Not the greatest but definitely not the worst.

This property is past its prime. Room was clean, but the hotel itself was run down. There was a plumbing issue when I arrived. No water for over 8 hours.Can’t flush the toilets or take a shower. When the water came back on, it was brown. Have been trying to reach Expedia to request a refund or credit, but haven’t been successful. Would not recommend this hotel

Old Hampton Inn. Beds were old, springy and uncomfortable. Hotel had an old, musty smell. Not the standard for Hampton Inn. Breakfast was good though. Area was safe. Checkin was easy.

Entire place was dated, run down, disheveled, carpet was all tore up. Room was not clean, lots of hair in the shower and bathroom. Ewe Staff in the breakfast area was awesome in the AM though!

Clean place with nice staff that's easy to get to. The gym is VERY basic - just a couple of cardio machines, weight rack and one stretch mat. No pull up bars or pull down machines.

The property is very good looking & very clean. Modern decor & about 3 minutes off of I40 in Greensboro. The breakfast was nice and you had a mixture of cereal, muffins, toast, etc along with oatm, waffle station & hot breakfast. They had a great check out time at Noon. The rooms were beautiful & roomy bathroom but my only issue, which is nothing to some, was the bed was a little hard for my taste. Overall, 👍👍

Shopping in High Point
Wonderful. We were in High Point during market week which led to a very pricey one night stay about 20 minutes away. So grateful that Hotels.com helped to locate an available room.
