Yosemite vacation
This was a great home base for visiting Yosemite. We appreciated the hot tub at the end of the day and loved having coffee on the porch with with deer in the morning!

Lovely home
We had a lovely stay, the home had ample room, comfortable beds and my granddaughter especially enjoyed the little cubby off the master bedroom! Lots of things to do in the game room. Lovely kitchen and seating area. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and enjoying our breakfast and dinner. Very quiet and private.. The host is very responsive if you have any requests or concerns.. We will return!

Tidy, Modern home for a very comfortable stay near Yosemite.
The owners made a point to send a note to make sure we got settled in on our first day. They were super responsive when we had a question about the hot-tub. They even had someone come over within a matter of minutes to help us out. Impressive. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the coziness of a warm fire while we waited out the rainstorm.

Our stay at Egret's Landing was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet. A few deer came to visit and we got some nice pictures of wildlife.The house was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Loved it.

Great spot in the woods
The house is well located to hiking trails and right vibe for relaxation. Ron & Marlo are GREAT to work with and respond to inquires ASAP. Something not always found. Highly recommend have a few friends or family vacation here.

We loved our stay - house very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, and location was convenient for trips to Yosemite. Proximity to golf course was a big plus, ditto for the ping pong table at the house!

70th Birthday Celebration
For a family of 8, it was a little bit hard to share the master bathroom, since there is only 2 total in the house. Also, the skylight in one of the bedrooms woke everyone early and kept the room slightly warmer then needed at times. However, the house and property is beautiful and we had everything we needed for our stay. Also, an FYI for future renters, only residents can park at the marina and beach area. We were not aware of this.

A fantastically appointed property with a setup that is ready to meet your vacation needs. No extra work needed here. Everything thing was in its place and made for an enjoyable stay. Popcorn machine and ping pong table were great for the kids and adults. Everything needed to prepare a five star dinner is there. Relax your muscles in the hot tub after a long day hiking half dome. Enjoy the wildlife on the back deck while drinking your morning coffee. Detailed instructions from property owner. Everything was great.

Wonderful home that is well planned and designed for guests. Thoughtful details throughout. My family enjoyed the hot tub, games, ping pong table, and recommended hikes. The house info is full of helpful info. Marlo was super responsive and helpful. Fantastic.

Amazing house / location / communication!
The home was absolutely beautiful; amazingly decorated, plush blankets / robes, great outdoor space and views. Additionally, Marlo was as good as it gets in regards to hosting. We had all the necessary amenities and she was an excellent communicator, responding quickly if / when we needed something. Can't wait to come back!

This was a great spot for a short holiday getaway for our family of four. The house was comfortable, nicely decorated and very well stocked. Loved the fancy heaters in each bedroom and the hot tub on the deck. We enjoyed walking our dog on the nearby creek trail and the location was an easy one hour drive to Yosemite. Marlo was very friendly and communicative and check in was easy. Thanks for a nice stay we will back.

We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this place was the best stocked place we have ever stayed at by a long shot. It was brand new and super clean. Very clear communication. In many ways the best home we have ever stayed at!!!!

Quiet area, spacious house, relaxing hot tub
This location is perfect for quiet calm and close to nature. Plenty of deer and turkey sightings during our brief stay. Some things in the house could be touched up (i.e. garage door didn't lock) but the three bedrooms and living areas can house a big group of folks looking to visit Yosemite or check out the lake. For tasty no-frills bar food I would recommend the Iron Door Saloon.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!
What an Incredible home! In a beautiful location in Pine Mountain Lakes, stones throw from Groveland town centre (we didn’t have time to get in as we stayed here for Yosemite so visited the park both days)..... great base for those wanting to explore the Yosemite and surrounding area, 40-60 minutes drive to park entrance and a fraction of the price! Very modern home and loved the decor! The house had everything we needed it to, utensils, bathrobes, towels, cups, plates saucers, dog toys, board games, TV’s in every room, WiFi, Netflix, tons of electricals omg the list is endless! Was very impressed by this!! Super clean and the comfiest bed we stayed in during our trip around California, rooms were decorated lovely and the house was modern and had lovely little quirks to it. Local deers and other wild life were great to watch on a morning drinking coffee on one of the 3 decks. Selling point was the hot tub, we Loved the hot tub and BBQ facilities. The home will always be special to us as my partner actually engaged to me under the stars, candles lit and Fawns and mother’s running by.... super cute! We can’t wait to return! Thank you Marlo & Ronnie you guys were amazing! Always on hand to help and give some amazing reccomadtions for food and activities to do!! Can’t recommend this place enough!!! Thanks for an incredible stay! X

The house was equipped with everything you can think about!
We loved it! Great house! Very spacious decks - we spend a lot of time outside (there were no mosquitos even at night). Very nice clean hot tub. We found everything we needed, a lot of tableware, some games and toys for the kids - we really appreciate that the hosts care about their guests needs! Thank you very much! We had great time!

Family & pet friendly, well appointed home
This is a great place to stay. The location is wonderful and the decks have gorgeous views and comfortable and clean furniture. The owners are very communicative and helpful. The kitchen has everything you’d need and then some. The hot tub is clean and is a wonderful place to view the deer in the morning or the stars in the evening. The beds and linens are very comfortable and there is tons of seating in every room of the house. We walked to a close by hiking trail and the house is a very short drive from the Lake Lodge and main marina beaches. I highly recommend this home for a family or friends getaway, and it’s even better with your pet. Thanks so much Marlo!!

Beautiful, restful place and the most comfiest of bed.
A family friendly and well presented home with all the amenities needed for families or couples staying together. Newly renovated, lovely new linens and towels. A fully equipped kitchen, and great hot tub with outside seating. AND one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. Marlo did everything to make our stay wonderful! Thank you Marlo

This home was an absolutely fabulous place to stay! The house came stocked with everything!
This is by far the best home I've ever rented. Not only was the space decorated with care and consideration, but there were several lounge areas so our large party had more than enough choices to entertain ourselves comfortably in. Also it was stocked with everything we could want. Loads of fresh towels and linens, bathrobes a plenty, each shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and the kitchen was stocked with more the enough to cook and serve dinner for 11! This was the perfect space for our trip and i will most definitely be renting this home again!

This house was very comfortable! The decks were awesome. Overall a great place to stay!
We had a great vacation staying at Egrets landing. The house felt like a home. The house was clean and modern and well stocked. The beds were super comfortable and the linens were very nice. We loved that there were 3 separated decks. The hot tub was a plus. The owners were very nice and responsive if we had any questions. I highly recommend this rental, we will definitely be back!

Great Space!
Comfortable, clean and convenient. That is how I would describe this home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms had everything you could ask for and we felt like we were "home." Grocery, a meat market with organic meats and restaurants were close by as well as a beautiful golf course. Marlo was so easy to communicate with and her tips were appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub as well as the beautiful living space.

A Wonderful family friendly cabin!
We absolutely LOVED this cabin! We have used VRBO many times and this cabin exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our 2 small children and dog. The cabin was clean and furnished tastefully! The beds were heavenly, the cabin was stocked with everything you need, the playroom was a huge hit, the hot tub was incredible, the decks were enjoyable for sun bathing, reading a book or simply enjoying the serenity of pine mountain! We loved waking up in the morning to the fresh mountain air and setting out on a short trail hike, our afternoons were spent at the beach and we enjoyed spending our evenings on the deck with the deer barbecuing . We cannot wait to go back and are already trying to plan another trip. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!
