Great stay

A Great Place to Stay
We loved the condo! It was just the right size. Friendly surroundings and “neighbors.” Close proximity to the beach with good access. Pool was very nice! Easy accessibility to the elevator. We had a great time!

World series/vacation
Our family went down for my son to play in the world series and enjoy some beach time. This is a great property with easy access to the beach. Very accurate listing and great communication with the owner.

Nice lil apartment. All in all. Felt like home. Only thing that was not cool was,couldn't connect to wifi. But, that's not what we went for. Very nice, would definitely would rent again.

Geographic location was great. Very quite area. Very short walk to beach - across the street. Two bedroom. Two bath. Very clean. Modern facility. Nice pool area. Friendly residents. Family oriented. Would book again.

Great Beach Location...however.
Excellent property to stay at. Everything we needed for a nice beach vacation. However I would not recommend this condo if you have small children or need sleep...the tenants directly above our unit were very noisy (we think they might be permanent tenants). The noise would start around 10pm and continue till about 6am. It sounded like they were moving furniture. Not able to get sleep. Otherwise great place to stay.

Everything about this stay was fantastic. The condo was very clean and well maintained, communication with the owner was great, and the price was the best I've ever gotten. All the fun things Gulf Shores has to offer was within walking distance, too. I would absolutely stay here again!

Unit was clean and cute. Good location for winter stay. However, the mattress in both rooms were very uncomfortable. We had difficulty parking our pickup in the assigned area and the beach access is not clearly marked. It was a good unit for winter stay. Price was good as well.

Great location close to all restaurants and pier 33, easy walk to the beach, lots of towels and wash rags, all the kitchen appliances you need, great communication with owner! We really enjoyed our short stay!! Would definitely stay again!

Very convenient area
Loved our stay overall, is in a great location, has a great beach access and pool area. Only complaint was the room was not ready when we got there at check in after driving 9 hours we had to wait an extra three hours to get in.

It wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible either . My daughter and I went for a couple days . We had extremely noisy neighbors above us. Teenagers partying every night. Did not get any sleep the entire time . Property manager couldn’t do anything but she did communicate with me about it which was nice. There was laundry in the washer and dryer when we arrived. Dishes in the dishwasher. Wasn’t that big of a deal but may be to others . The floor was extremely sandy which did bother me lol. There’s plenty of towels ! Pool was nice and beach was close by within walking distance. Parking was easy. Overall it was okay other than the not getting to sleep!

Great location but construction, 6 am morning
Great location, beaches were nice, fun things to do and good food($$$). Things not informed of b4 booking, we were woke up every morning around 6 am due to construction next to condo on our side. It was terrible, I heard everything, plus the condo above had people working also til late at nite (mid nite), and early morning also(5:30-6 am) so sleeping in did NOT happen. I told my host and was told “sorry”. Didn’t seem to care to much about the huge inconvenience and no partial refund or even a what can “we” do to make it right. My kids should have had peace, sleep in, and quiet, not heavy equipment and banging on floors everyday early early morning. I Would NOT have booked this if I would have known about construction. This is something VRBO should put in the property listing to be fair to customers. If not refund or give half back. Sleeping In is part of a Vacation. Lol Dirty utensils,/floor/bathtub, and walls had tape on them with paint spots waiting to be painted. Hot water did not last but about 10-12 min, which was ugh. Master bathroom was way smaller than the other bathroom which is just the opposite at my house. Even the couch was wet when we got there and nasty underneath the cushions. I got pics of all of these things I have mentioned. Parking spot was great as was the elevator. The pool looked inviting but to chilly for me. Lol kitchen was good, couldn’t figure out all 6 remotes for 3 TVs. Plenty of towels, but being your own as we did for the beach. I know it’s a business but making it right should be a priority not just $$ in VRBO and the owners pockets. We as customers keep them in business. Overall I would give it a 2.5-3/5. Thanks for letting me share our stay.

Couple Anniversary Getaway
Our stay was shortly after Hurricaine Sally. Due to this, the pool was unusable as well as regular satellite tv channels. We were able to watch Netflix, so that was fine. Everything was clean on arrival. Bed was comfortable. The washer & dryer were very loud & had a clicking noise. The condo had a lot of cute decorative beachy touches! Living room had a couple of really worn chairs, but we were comfortable. The contact person Diane...told us we could reschedule or be refunded because of the hurricaine issues, but left that choice up to us. She tried to get us help with the tv issue. We were fine. We enjoyed the beach & many local restaurants. Stay was really nice!

I liked that this condo was close to the beach and many of the popular places in gulf shores. In the description of the condo, it stated it had a spa tub, but that is not true. Also, the tub was not functional at all because there was no stopper provided to use it. The place was fairly clean and the owners were nice. Unfortunately, the WiFi was not very good. We bought a Roku to watch tv at night at it never worked due to poor connection. Next time I go to Gulf Shores, I will spend a little more on a beachfront condo with better amenities.

Rented this condo on the 3rd,for July for the 4th of July week . Check out time on line was 11am I noticed once i arrived the owner had sent me a text with a 10 am check out time .Condo was filthy , thick dust everywhere , no beds where made, no clean linen , no toilet paper or napkins .All the dirty linen i washed because house keeping never came . I bought cleaning supplies and did it myself . The" morning of the 4th" housekeeping interupted me and my guess and wanted me to allow them to clean on my time , which i would not allow . I text the owner on the 3rd and got no respond until the 4 th . At that point i was discusted !

Traveler is correct unit was not clean, but it also was not filthy, housekeeping made an oversight. Also she was trying to check in at 10am, check in is 4pm. They came the same day she checked in. Traveler told them she had already cleaned but needed extra sheets which they gave her. This unit sleeps six, she had brought extra blowup mattresses, housekeeping and I quote said 15 people. I was not there but housekeeping was. Sorry she was disappointed

We enjoyed our stay. The beach access was better than I expected. We could even walk to the Pier 33 store. We just wish the folks upstairs slept longer and didn’t let their kids run the whole time. Other than that we thought it was a great place to stay.
