The spacious balcony offers a perfect vantage point to savor the direct gulf-front views. This unit has undergone a complete transformation with granite countertops in the fully appointed kitchen, and a host of new features including tile and plank flooring throughout, appliances, furniture, paint, WIFI and in-unit laundry. Enjoy peace of mind with onsite property management and 24-hour gated security. Indulge in the wealth of amenities designed for pure relaxation and comfort.

Unit features: 4th floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 8'x23' balcony. Master bedroom has a king size bed. Guest room has two twin beds. Living Room has a full size sleeper sofa. Dinning room has a table that seats 4 and 3 stools for counter seating. Balcony has 6 outdoor chairs, coffee table and high top table.

Appliances: 3 TV's, washer/dryer, conventional oven with smooth top electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, Keurig Coffee maker & grinder, toaster, blender, and mixer.

As a renter, you will have access to all property amenities: 8 pools, 1 kiddie pool, hot tubs, BBQ and picnic table areas, tennis & basketball courts, shuffle board, horseshoe pits, volleyball courts, putting green, game room, fitness facility, Sassy Bass restaurant and Connection Coffee Bar just steps from the beach, and easy on-site parking for up to 2 vehicles. ***Please note: Parking fees of $35 per car per stay are not included in rental rates and are collected at time of arrival by security upon entry.*** Handicap accessible property: elevators, ample concrete walkways and patios, wood boardwalk to beach.

We had a great stay with our family of four
The property was super clean with an ocean view from both the master bedroom and the family room. The kitchen was fully equipped. Our family enjoyed the beach, pools, and sand volleyball. The beach was not crowded. Gulf Shores is located about 20 minutes down the road. We really loved how Fort Morgan is more relaxed not so touristy. We had a great stay!!

Condo and property seemed just as advertised. We had a great week in this condo. We enjoyed the beach view from the balcony. It was really nice that with the way the sun was, the balcony was shaded all the time! No direct sun to fry in really made it enjoyable.

This property was one of the best I’ve stayed at. EVERYTHING was provided at this property. It was clean and everything was right where you think it would be. This condo was quanit and perfect for my family of 4. It's wonderful being able to wake up and see the ocean out of my window. The setup was lovely. Everything was clean. The only complaints I could speak of are that the wifi was very overwhelmed causing slow downs on any devices and the two most easily accessible outdoor pools were closed at one point or another during the week stay. I believe there was only one day both pools were open; all of the other days, one of the two pools were closed which created a very crowded pool in the other. Otherwise, the beds and chairs were comfortable. Everything was really easy to clean. I am not sure I will stay at the Plantations again but I would still highly recommend the property.

This is a nice unit; clean, comfy, great extras. The only issue we had was the wifi at times. Not sure how many people are using it, but Netflix needed to buffer a lot in the evening from 8-10pm. Other than that, it was a perfect week.
