“The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. ”

“Leider konnten wir nicht ins Zimmer. Nach 1/2 Stunde am Telefon und gefühlt 100 Versuchen den immer gleichen Code einzutippen wurde endlich jemand „vor Ort“ benachrichtigt. Es vergingen dann noch einmal 20 Minuten um festzustellen, dass die Türe sich mit dem Code nicht öffnen ließ. Es gibt einen sehr großen Getränkeautomaten im Frühstücksraum mit tatsächlich einer einzigen Flasche Bier drinnen. Alkoholfreie Getränke gibt es aus der Wasserleitung. Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar, außerdem...
