5/5 Excellent
"My husband and I had a pleasant one night stay at this ryokan! Staff are very courteous and welcoming. We were greeted with a welcome tea and orientation to the room, and onsen pass. Location is within walking distance to the train station and a few of the onsens nearby. There are no showers in the room, as all onsens have showers.
We got the kaiseki dinner and breakfast service, and were served by the lovely older ladies who were very attentive. Felt welcome and would recommend to any guests coming to Kinosaki! "
"This experience was top notch! Wonderful staff. Every step of the way my friends and me were taken care of and made to feel welcome. The food was better than a 3 Michelin star meal we had earlier in our trip and our room felt authentic. This was a true spa experience at a fraction of the cost you would pay in the US, but with much better service."
