Wonderful Staycation weekend!
Philip's spot is in the absolute perfect location! So lovely to be just a block away from the coastal trail. The house was spacious and very comfortable for 6 of us. Also the beds were so comfy!! Highly recommend this home.

Wonderful Week at the Beach
Perfect location about a block from the beach, with a big, level backyard, hot tub, and lots of room for the family to spread out and relax. Philip was an excellent host, a genuinely good guy who went out of his way to make sure we had a great time.

This home was exceptionally clean. Very spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Ocean view from the living room and front deck was enjoyed by all, and we enjoyed being a short walk from Miramar Beach Restaurant, an excellent spot for oceanside fare. My family had a wonderful weekend getaway here and we would love to return on our next visit to Half Moon Bay!

Comfortable place very near the ocean. Loved the little deck out front to sit and view. Phillip is an excellent host. Thanks for the coffee, water, and wine! Really delicious restaurants nearby, plenty of seafood and dining with beautiful views.

Ideal Location
This lovely home is perfectly situated for a visit to the Half Moon Bay coastal area. It’s on a quiet street, only a block from the beach and serves as a great “home base.” Three people or couples are well accommodated in this very comfortable home. It was nice having the option of a jacuzzi or sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property!

Picturesque
Weather was constantly changing, the owner worked very well will me and flexing around my schedule. Easily one of the best locations I have ever seen, ever. We stay at high end resorts and hotels, first time on VRBO. Amazing!

Relaxing, cozy getaway
I recently stayed at this property for a weekend. The house was very clean, well taken care of and on a very private, large corner lot with a hot tub and a very nice patio with an ocean view. The three bedrooms with 2 queens and a king bed was ideal for 3 couples. The location in a quaint stretch of Miramar Beach is great - just a few houses away from the beach and a couple of blocks from the Miramar Beach Restaurant. The owner was easy to communicate with, we had a very nice weekend and would certainly rent this home again.

Great location
Older home but very clean and well taken care of. It has everything you will need. The location is perfect. You will love sitting on the chairs on the patio watching the waves. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Would stay there again!

Prepare yourself for comfort
Wonderful home. Well apportioned. Ideal location. Wonderful amenities. Had everything we needed to maximize our enjoyment. Would gladly stay here again. And dont miss a stint in the sauna!

Family escape
Lovely little escape. Home was clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Sauna worked well for senior citizen ache-ing joints. Even though only a few blocks from Rte 1, traffic noise was almost imperceptible. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly, ocean is a short block away and has a lovely view. Beach entry is several blocks away but beach is walkable and delightfully long. Beach trail overlooking beach is another nice feature.

Perfect place to escape from the summer heat
Nice, clean, spacious house that worked great for our family trip to the coast. Nearest beach is just a 5 minute walk and plenty of other options just a few miles down the road.

Great location
We enjoyed our stay in Half Moon Bay. We were a very short walk to the beach and Phillip was quick to respond to our questions. The weather was a lot cooler than we expected as we are from Georgia so be sure to pack jackets! We were a short drive to San Francisco and an hour away from Santa Cruz to warmer beaches. Half Moon Bay is a perfect location!

It was such a nice house. Very well kept, just a short walk to the beach, and the Miramar beach restaurant. It had lovely views and a spacious back yard. My friends unfortunately got a little too loud one night after I'd gone to bed, so I was informed to tell them to keep it down, but that was the only "issue". The owner was kind and understanding. Thank you again for hosting us, we absolutely loved your home.

Enjoyment!
We thoroughly, truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely seaside home only 1 block from the Pacific Ocean! Our property manager was responsive graciously and quickly to questions about turning on the gas for the fireplace. As the weather was cloudy and cool we all liked the cozy comfort of the warmth from the fireplace. Thank you so much for a valuable family vacation together.

Great beach house
The home is gorgeous and in a great location. We loved sitting in the front porch looking at the ocean. The house is well- equipped, beautifully decorated and is very clean. Great communication with owners.

Wonderful Property
We absolutely loved this house. We have stayed at a B&B up the street door for over 20 years and was so excited to discover this treasure. The location was incredible, just steps away from the ocean. The adorable porch with rocking chairs was peaceful and relaxing. The beds very comfy. Loved having our own kitchen. The owner was quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean and inviting. Perfect size for our family of 4, good size bedrooms, reasonably comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Our favorite parts were drinking coffee on the deck with the ocean and walking to the beach and Miramar restaurant! Would love to return!

We had a wonderful week of ocean views. The house had all the comforts of home and quite spacious as well. It was all that we hoped for and more. You know it was great when you don't want to go! Looking forward to do this again.

Great stay!
This house is perfect! The short walk to the beach makes the location great. It's in a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. The house itself it stocked with everything you'd need and is beautifully decorated. All of the rooms and beds were cozy and inviting. The kids loved the hot tub and picking lemons off the lemon tree in the back yard. Communication with the host was fast and easy. If we make it out to the west coast again, I'd definitely stay here!

Beautiful home, great location
This is a beautiful, well-maintained home. It had lots of amenities (bikes, beach stuff, fully equipped kitchen) and was really close to the beach, which is great for avoiding the weekend traffic - you can just walk instead of drive to the beach. The bridge along the coastal trail south of Miramar Beach was closed during our stay, so we didn't make it to the beaches south of the property much. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house.
