Dog barking in one of the nearby rooms during the night. Walls so thin could hear the people speaking in normal voices in the next room. Cheap rate but shabby hotel.

The colonial brick hotel was a great experience for my friend and i. We came to PA to go to an airsoft event at EMR event park and it was only 20 minutes away from the park. Room was very clean and comfortable. Our smoke alarm was hanging from a wire on the ceiling which was a bit concerning. Out toilet seat in the bathroom was loose and fhe yellow blankets were so fried from being dried that they felt like foam. But these were very small bumps in a overall very smooth stay. I plan on booking this hotel for the next event at EMR.

Really gone down from last year. I realize place is old and needs major reno but body fluids marks on wall in toilet shower room. Garbage can filthy, loth furniture need to be discarded.........now....... One good think was frig had a large freezer compartment

It was a nice little place. No frills. But clean. Definitely worth the money. I can’t stand when places charge too much. Ridiculous! Only complaints are my room was FREEZING when I got there and I had to close a window and crank the heat. I ended up stripping the blankets off of the other bed to put on mine as well. Also, someone had opened the door while me and my bf were relaxing in the room. They realized we were there before the door was completely opened and apologized. There was no knock before they tried to enter. I’m not sure what they were trying to do. So after that I was locking the dead bolt and chain. I think it was an honest mistake, if I had been a traveling alone it would have freaked me out. Other than that, we had a very nice stay. Everyone was friendly. It was a very nice stay.

I was quite surprised how nice the room was. I as there for several days and appreciated the small fridge and microwave in the room. Very clean. Nice staff.

Room was dirty, Paper and Trash under and behind the bed. Mold around all edges of tub, Ceiling tiles broken in several places, Roaches, But at least no bedbugs that I seen. Unfortunately not much else in area as far as motels.

The property is older yet it is clean and maintained. It is a great value for the price. Offered at an affordable price it is conveniently located directly off the 81.

Honestly speaking, I was surprised based on the size of the hotel and the location. My expectations weren’t set that high but I was impressed. My room was clean fresh sheets. It didn’t have a weird smell and the bed was actually comfortable. The mattress appeared to be brand new. Would definitely stay again if I’m driving that far north.

Good, spacious budget hotel.
We stayed for four nights, and we were very pleased. it’s an older hotel, but it was well kept. Room was clean, and mostly well maintained. Walls were soundproof, but not the front door so much. As we can hear people talking in the hallway very easily. Bed was comfortable, and clean as well. Vanessa at the front desk was great. Friendly, always available, and helpful. We had a suite which had a sink, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. We did not need to use the stove but having the refrigerator was a very big plus for us. Another nice touch was having a sliding patio door that faced the back of the hotel, where there was a field. For the very reasonable price, it was worth the money. We would stay here again.

The room was really not up to my cleanliness standards. I guess you kind of get what you pay for. I believe the ownership staff does try to do the best they can. However, the building facilities are definitely aging.
