Absolut empfehlenswert :-)
Sehr schön eingerichtete, große Wohnung. Den Bildern tatsächlich entsprechend. Und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Da wir schönes Wetter hatten, konnten wir auch die Terrasse ausgiebig genießen. In der Hafen-City ist man in ca. 45 Minuten. (Bus und U-Bahn) Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top! Vielen, vielen Dank und gerne wieder :-)

Für Paare ohne große Ansprüche für einen Kurztripp gut geeignet - dafür relativ günstig
positiv Wohnung im Wesentlichen wie beschrieben, Agentur hat versucht , Probleme zu lösen, Wohnung hell und warm trotz Souterain, Fahrräder können im Hof abgestellt werden, Parkplatz im öffentlichen Bereich immer vorhanden, Wohnung großzügig ausreichend Handtpücher, die nett dekoriert waren Wohnung geschmacklich nett eingerichtet negativ: "Doppelbett" ist nur 160 cm breit, Bewegungsmelder innerhalb der Wohnung im Flur beleuchtet auch den Wohnraum, sodass die dort schlafenden Personen u.U. wach werden,Schlafcouch ist eigentlich nicht als solche durch Erwachsene zu nutzen ggf. von Kindern. -5 cm Schaumstoff. chlafcouch konnte bei Antreffen nicht genutzt werden, da kein Bettlaken vorhanden war. Agentur hat das am nächsten Tag gelös keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten im Wohnraum anstatt einer Kaffeemaschine war Kapselmaschine aufgestellt, Agentur hat versucht, am nächsten Tag durch die Lieferung von Kapseln zu lösen. Eine Begrüßungsmappe wäre nett gewesen. Die Agentur zu befragen erscheint nicht die beste Lösung. Das ist immerhin angeboten worden. Zugang zum Objekt ungepflegt Außenbereich ungepflegt, Blätter vom Herbst lagen Ende April noch überall herum, Umkraut , Moos und Grünspan auf der Terrasse Bestuhlung witterungsbedingt verottet Blumenkübel mit rund 100 Zigraettenkippen vor der Terrassentür -ekelig -sowie Sektkorken, Lampe im Wohnzimmer defekt ; 5 von sieben Birnen defekt , Küche nur 1 Topf u. keinen Pfannenheber . Fazit: Für einen Kurztripp ok - mehr nicht

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, sie war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war ziemlich kalt während unseres Aufenthaltes, wir sind aber in ein sehr gut geheizte Wohnung gekommen, großes Lob. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist alles sehr gut erreichbar, durch Tagestickets kein Problem. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, würden wir jedem witerempfehlen. Es waren tolle 4 Tage in Hamburg. Man hat super Verbindung in die Innernstadt,die Bushaltestelle ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Ebenso die Bäckerei. Sehr netter Vermieter. Wenn man nach einem langen Tag nach Hause kommt fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Das Wohnzimmer ist das Highlight in der Wohnung mit Blick auf den kleinen Garten . Ganz toll fand ich auch das die Schlafzimmer nicht an der Straße liegen . Mini Kritik nur 1 Topf in der Küche Und im Bad wäre ein kl.Mülleiner nicht schlecht.

Nicht mittendrin, dafür Vogelgezwitscher und Blick ins Grüne.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Host funktioniert super. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit den öffentlichen ist sehr gut. Man sollte bei seinen Ausflügen in die Stadt allerdings nicht vergessen, einkaufen zu gehen. Ansonsten sollte man einen Fußmarsch von 20 Minuten einplanen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schön eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung. Gute Lage. Das Sofa hat unangenehm gerochen und müsste nochmal Grundgereinigt werden. Zugang zu Staubsauger oder Kehrbesen wäre wünschenswert um zwischendurch grob reinigen zu können. Die Küche ist teilweise etwas dürftig ausgestattet.
